All fast food places can be busy so it can be tough for the servers to do their tasks. This one was one of the lowest ones there is. We placed a simple order and did have to park and wait for our order. Then when the server walked out she didn't even know if she was handing the right order to right customer so i had to read the receipt to confirm. We pulled over to the gas station and realized they did not fill the whole order that we paid for. So i had to walk back over there and get the other drug we paid for and I had my receipt to show them. When I walked in it was clear that the major of the people in there were asking for things that had been left out of their orders too. And it was surprising to see that they have a bunch of employees so you'd think they'd be doing great service yet the majority of the crew were chilling and not doing their tasks. It is definitely better to just go to the gas station next door and grab some snacks instead. Really bad service (no one was mean or rude) and the food was tasteless too and wait till you see how tiny the messing on the cheeseburger. read more

Visited this store on the 16th at 10:30 pm. After a graduation and heading back to the gulf coast area. They refused to take our order at the speaker. And continued to take orders on the right side speaker after we had been waiting 15 or more minutes for someone to return to take ours. (The speaker did work we was able to tell the manager we had two order and no one returned to answer ) We then pulled to the window to get our order taken and they still refused to take our order telling us to pull back around and place a order at the speaker that they would not take in the first place. It was the short Stubby manger with short hair slick back she was taking orders and well aware of what she was doing and what was going on. While we was at the window waiting because we wanted our order taken a younger black male worker came to the window and told us we need to get tf out the way. This McDonald's looks like it's in the middle of nowhere. This place can be accessed from Interstate 20 at exit 17. It looks like a mini oasis in the middle of nothing. Anyways, after picking up my niece in Philadelphia, MS to bring her back home to Virginia Beach, VA, we stopped in here as my niece didn't have any breakfast and she wanted McDonald's. It was around 9 am when we came in and the place wasn't that busy. The staff were quick to ask if we were ready for our order. After a moment or two, we were ready and placed our order. After a few minutes, our order was ready and had breakfast. The food came out hot and as ordered, which is what one should expect. It started to get busy as we were leaving, but it looked like they were handling that rush well. Overall, this was an okay McDonald's in the middle of nowhere. If you're passing through here and are desperate for food, this is an option. I'm sure there's more options if you can wait it out, regardless of the direction you're headed on Interstate 20. read more

Absolutely unacceptable. I have no words of how to describe the utter lack of competence these employees had. Me and my sister walked into this McDonald's on a road trip hoping it would be fast because we had a long way to go. We immediately noticed that on the floor there were countless "Wet Floor" signs scattered around the area. We walked into the restrooms and were horrified at what we saw. The literal toilets were almost blocked by "Wet Floor" signs and the toilets were so sketchy they were tilted at a 45° angle to the wall. And that's just the environment, the actual service is another story. We went up to the kiosk and ordered two McGriddles and two coffees to go. After waiting for about ten minutes just for the order to be put out, we realized that they hadn't put out the drinks. So after waiting a bit with no drinks, I flagged down the woman who had gave us our food. We showed her the receipt and said that our drinks hadn't come out. And she rudely walked away without saying anything. She came back after an obscene amount of time and came out with my drink, but not my sister's. We waited without saying anything because we figured she would come back with hers. However, she didn't and after another five minutes, making our stop about 25 minutes now, far too long for two McGriddles and two coffees. I then ask the cashier if our drink was coming out, and with a blank expression he walks over to the kitchen, peeks his head in and said it was being made. We wait another five minutes until the the woman comes back out and asks for our receipt, which I happily give her and she blankly walks back into the kitchen and then after ten more minutes she comes back out. Finally she comes out with the drink and we leave realizing the stop now took forty minutes. Stopped at this McDonald's on my way back from vacation. When I paid the Cashier named Cameron Lawrence stole my credit card number. The next day I noticed over $600 worth of charges on my credit card. Cameron Lawrence ordered shoes and clothes using my credit card and had them sent to his own address in Bellamy which is a couple miles away from Livingston. The Police found him working at this McDonald's the next day. Read other reviews from this McDonald's location and other people also had the card numbers stolen. They were promoting their large drinks for $1 but the entire store was out of drinks and would not sell me a smaller drink at that price as they were higher in cost. My wife said the bathrooms had no toilet paper at all and it seemed as though they ran out. Did someone buy all the large drinks dump them out and use all the toilet paper. Lol. I work at the one in Calvert, Al so I clearly know there is no add Oreo button for a caramel frappe so we charge for whipped cream instead so the customers is still happy. Tell me why they got me and my friend order wrong because of that. She ordered a medium frappe with whip and Oreos. I order a small frappe no whip add Oreos.
