This place is actually horrible compared to any other place in natchitoches, 1 they ripped me off with meat, barely put any cheese on my sandwich and i asked for olives and they didn't even put them on there! very disappointing. Today I had the BEST experience I've had at ANY restaurant here. I ran into subway on South Dr to pick up a sandwich. I Was pleasantly surprised by the immediate warm welcomes I received from EVERY single employee. Every single employee was new - no sour faces that made you feel like you were simply a burden entering their facility. Everything was tidy and clean. I ordered my sandwich from a VERY pleasant young lady who made it perfectly with just the right amount of everything, it was SUCH a good looking sandwich. And at the end she sent me off with 'I hope you have a nice lunch!' Wow. I spoke with the General manager, Tanya Williams, and she told me they were under new management. What a difference. Whoever is training this staff needs to be overseeing employee training at all of our restaurants!!! read more

Very Rude employee. I called at 9:58 to see if they were open since I'be just moved to this area and really don't know when things open and she was very rude. I wait till 10 for them to open, I go in to order, before going to order I try to use the bathroom & she told me I couldn't use the bathroom. So I decided to kill her with kindness and went ahead and got what I wanted & she was still so rude!! Training needs to be done! My Order was inaccurately filled. Don't be fooled by tv commercials. Your sandwich will not look as appealing! Was not assembled as ordered with condiments dripping when asked for lite items. Not to mention turkey, cheese and black olives were ordered but missing! This review is for the Subway on University Drive. Very rude order window staff. When I paid, I expected $2.02 as change. She kept the two cents with no explanation. I don't need it, but that was not her decision to make. Handed my order to me at the window as two separate items, not in a bag. It was awkward to grab it, and she seemed to find it funny. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a ham sub, w/ "a tiny bit of mayo" from the drive through. When I arrived back at work, ready to eat my ham sub, mayo was leaking out of the sub, it looked like mayo was the only ingredient on the sub. Upon further inspection, the ham was missing. I called to complain, the woman hung up on me. She didn't offer any solutions to my complaint only said "mmmhhhmm" as if I was trying to pull a fast one on her, and she hung up. read more

Does not deserve one star. First off their website says they close at 11 pm. We get there and the door says they close at 10. Well, it's 9:20 and the door is locked. So we go through the drive-through. It took them 7 minutes to even just say "Welcome to Subway." There were two of is ordering sandwiches and I asked "Since the lobby is closed can we do separate orders" and the man said yes. Well, we go to the window to pay and its all on one ticket. I had just finish a long workout and went to subway to get a meatball sub. They were out of meatballs. This happened a couple of weeks ago at the store in Walmart. How do you run out of meatballs? I had to change my order to a Club which was good. The service seemed to be very slow and lethargic. When restaurants run out of staples it makes me wonder if they are in financial trouble. I have seen a lot of restaurants go under here and that is usually the first sign. read more

Stood in front of five employees in an empty restaurant, one was on the phone making plans for the evening. The others were making foot-longs. (Possibly call in order?) 10 mins later none of the adult employees had acknowledged us, it would have been nice had they said "we will be right with you" I noticed the food prep board was messy and the ingredients were all mixed together. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else. At this point one of employees looked up. I'm not sure if she was terrified or disgusted, but she clearly did not want to help us. She mumbled something and my daughter asked her to repeat it and again in voice you could barely hear in an empty restaurant she said "can I take your order" I said I wasn't hungry anymore and my daughter and I walked out. read more

Absolutely terrible service and sandwiches. Ordered a foot long on Italian the bread was flattened and I asked for a small amount of mustard and the sandwich was swimming in mustard. Our chips and cookies were not bagged. The salad we ordered didn't include the dressing we asked for. read more

The service here is absolutely awful every time I come to eat. The greeting before I order is either extremely rude or yelled at me in a rude manner. I get an attitude when I order and if I don't do it quick enough for the lovely employees liking, It's worse. Each time I'm missing something on my order or they don't have the proper change. I've tried this location several times since being here on business and the customer service gets worse every time! It's bad enough that the restaurant is small and cramped, so you would think they would make it up with great customer service. NOT!
