I'm writing this review to warn others to not go to the subway on Highway 27 in raymond. Not only is the place filthy but the customer service was horrendous . Not only was she rude but she lied about her name and the store number because she knew I was contacting corporate . The food - the vegetables - looked like they had been sitting there for a week so I opted to have nothing on my sandwich . I should have just walked out . And still a horrible Subway in Raymond, NH, been a year since I've gone here but in area and thought they can't screw up every time but I was wrong. My wife and I walk in as they are ringing up customer then the says I have online orders to do, we only wanted 1 sandwich nobody else there or in the parking lot, he's making 3 wraps as another employee is talking to him and combining vegetables ignoring us for 5 long mins we counted without saying sorry he was very slow. So we decided to just leave as he yells out I'll make your 1 sandwich now, such horrible service.... Went across the street to moes should've went there in the first place. Expectations, I've found, are so important when entering an eatery. I've been a Subway patron for 40 years, with trips very near to Bridgeport's first-ever Pete's Subway as a young boy, when one of my older siblings would take me in the car or for a walk to Bridgeport, Stratford, or Milford Subways in Connecticut. So, I've seen some good and some poor service, of course, and Raymond's Subway on Route 27 in New Hampshire currently has some issues. Among expectations, the first is ensuring sufficient product is available for me, the consumer. Subway, for example, must have tuna at all times in all U.S. locations. To me, that's an absolute necessity. Subway also must have roast beef on hand at all times. But if the Subway you visited didn't have both tuna and roast beef at 6 p.m. on a Wednesday, what would you think? What if it was your second trip there in less than a month, and in both instances there was no tuna? I was trying to think of a fair analogy in the fast-food world. It's not quite like going to a McDonald's without burgers, but, to me, it would be like going to a McDonald's that didn't order enough and subsequently can't serve french fries during your dinnertime visit. The Raymond Subway, without tuna on successive peak-hours visits and also without roast beef on my most recent stop there -- July 29, 2015 -- did not meet expectations. The service that night was also not good, with one smiling employee and one curt employee. When I asked the younger, smiling employee to mark and differentiate the three chicken bacon ranch foot-longs, I discovered at home those three were all marked "CBR," forcing me to peel each sandwich open to identify the various toppings. The veggies were acceptable, and the baby spinach and cucumber slices were especially fresh. Next time, if I think of it, I'll call ahead to make sure they're stocking items I want. On the other hand, if I think of it, I'll probably skip this Subway and take the car elsewhere. read more

Just quit this subway and when I was working there the owner would tell us just to change the dates on any product that was expired. So if you like expired meats and veggies go for it. read more

Hit or miss with staff being there during opening hours. 7:30 - 7:45 seems to be the correct time. Apple bits spoil but aren't removed from fridge so, I tend to wonder how long the rest of the items saved every day? (Lettuce, tomatoes, meats) Breakfast sandwiches are good. read more

This shop is an example of an owner that doesn't care, went there tonight for a 6 inch sub with a coupon for $3.49, I ordered steak and cheese, no steak, I ordered a BMT sandwich was made and I went to pay, it rang up as $5.09. I told the cashier that was incorrect and she said that's what is ringing up. I explained the if the sub was $3.49 and had 10% tax it would only be $3.80, she said the register won't ring that up, the coupon came out in today's paper and is valid until 8/31. The other worker said we could call the manager, and I waited, nobody called anybody and I was asked if I would just pay the $5.09, needless to say I left them with the sub and came home to cook a steak. Tried and tried and tried again. This location never has the sub ingredients my whole family is looking for. Meatballs are never available. There are times I've gone and there is no Italian bread. No pickles, no containers if you want mayo on the side, no roast beef, etc. etc. Last Saturday night I pledged I would never bother with this location again. Go to Epping! read more

Staff clearly has no interest in being there. Terrible service with a whole lot of "I don't care" attitude. Saw their friends coming in and placing orders and not paying for their sandwiches. Told the staff that the Diet Coke was out - they said, "well you better pick something else." I have been coming here since they opened not too long ago. Initially service was good, food was fresh and fast. Lately it seemed like there was constantly new people working who are not familiar with the business yet and are constantly making mistakes when taking orders. One of the last times I went in the two employees were dividing the tips in front of me instead of helping me with my order. Then the last time I went in the worker was mopping the floors. She asked what I wanted and I told her my order. Now, I thought she would wash her hands and put on a clean pair of gloves but she put the dirty mop down and then grabbed a pair of gloves and started making my sub. I told her I wouldn't eat that since she touched those gloves after touching a dirty mop. She kindly took off the gloves, washed her hands, put on fresh gloves and started over. I shouldn't have had to tell her to have washed her hands.....will not eat here ever again. read more
