It's just that, when I plunk down 40 bucks to some goober who doesn't care at all about anything - least of all other people's food, I'm reminded I could hit ANY sit down service in this area for the same price. Support local - don't be dumb like me. Several issues, but here's just one - in the picture, what's missing in the sandwich your chef du jour created, compared to the one I paid for? Y'all can hate your customers all you want, and even your moronic franchise owner (who never even sees these reviews), I don't care, just have a smidgen respect for the bucks I did decide to plunk down. Good lesson: spend local, don't spend here. 7 years of one star reviews on this dump. Nothing has changed. Nothing has been addressed. Nobody cares. You Rule!
