No matter how I order (mobile, counter, curbside, in person, etc) or how SIMPLE i make the order (quarter pounder with cheese plus smoothie), i ALWAYS have to wait in excess of 10 minutes. This location is the worst in service. read more

One thing McDonalds offers which they are unable to deliver more than 50% of the time is the amount of Sugar I ask for in my coffee. When you're driving, it's a handy thing to have: Premix. When you've ordered 10,000 of them at $1 each, you come to know if they got it right. This place rarely does. It's called attention to detail, lack of. Now., at closer to $2, I go elsewhere mostly. My order was incomplete - which means we didn't get enough food. Even though the missing french fries were taken off the bill by Grubhub, I now have to get in the car and go to the store while I'm sick to feed my sons, AFTER paying $17 extra to have our meal delivered. The manager wasn't any help at all even though they messed up the order. The food comes in a sealed bag so the delivery person isn't responsible, but the restaurant should be. We have ordered DoorDash from here several times. Every time we have ordered from here it is A). Missing one or more items or B). The items we have ordered are completely messed up. I work nearby this location and have had lunch here maybe 8 to 10 times in the last year. It's McDonald's so it's pretty standard across the board on what you expect and get. I haven't encountered anyone rude or mean while here. There was twice they did mess up the order but quickly fixed it once they were informed. As far as McDonald's go it's not bad. read more

Visited multiple times during different times. One visit, the manager gave me s*** because I skipped driving up to the first window, because I didn't see anyone sitting there. He was really pissed at me and for what ? Because I made a mistake ? Other visits, the fries have been cold, burgers are slopped together with ketchup all over the outside of the bun. I'd give them a pass once or twice. But over several months time, each visit is consistently bad. Poor management is to blame IMO. Conversely, the Wendy's across the street has never given me a bad or cold meal and they are very nice as well. Like day and night. Bugger off McDonalds ! read more

Food is prepared as any other McDonald's. The problem is the drive thru "car wash". There is an obvious issue on the store roof at the drive thru. Water drops onto your car between the pay window and the pickup window. I mentioned this to "pay window staff" the other day. Manager needs to fix his building. This McDonald's is super slow at night. I'm referring to slow service. They arbitrarily close at night at strange hours, The food is sub par at night and the fries are usually dead with no salt on them. The dry spit of the wall you get to drive by makes me want to hurl. Like get a power washer and some bleach. I see the free water fall coming off the roof is back that pours on your vehicle as you pass thru the drive thru. Went to this McDonalds for the chicken biscuit advertised on TV for $1.49 and they said theirs was $3.00 and they didn't have to sell them for $1.49. Red-headed female worker was terribly rude. I've never came across such unprofessional service in my life. She had messed up my order the first time. Instead of bringing my food that I didn't get out to me in my car, I had to wait 15 minutes before I could get my large fry. This worker sounded like I was making this up and had to confirm it with her male coworker instead of trusting the customer. After she found out that she had made a mistake, this worker made an annoyed sound. She was very snappy and mean. Please have her removed from the workplace. Thank you. read more
