This Taco Bell by far is the worst one we have ever been to. We went there today and my husband said don't you remember last year how poorly ran it was and how rude they were and I said yea but it could have changed. We are from Michigan. We were waiting to order and someone went by and said someone will be there so we waited and waited. Only ones in line then a 85 y o women walked in. Them Then the SAME rude guy bit mouth from last year peaked around and said use the kiosk we don't have anyone to take your order. We turned and left . One car just ordering in the drive thru and that poor older woman probably couldn't order. I felt so bad for her. NEVER EVER Will we go back!!! read more

What a lame excuse for a Taco Bell. I get it, technology has taken over, we order from tablets and it still is mediocre. Why can't an order be made with standards? The food was falling apart, the tables were filthy, and the staff was eh at best. At least the bathrooms were stocked. Instead of gossiping and laughing, why don't you clean your tables? We came inside to see what it is like to dine inside instead of the typical drive thru experience. Not impressed at all! This place is an embarrassment. i went to taco bell at 12:10 am i ordered at the drive thru they cut me off in the middle of me trying to order my food so they can talk to there friend at the window then they made me pay and sit there for five minutes then she came back and said they were out of beef so i wanted a refund and when i got the refund she tried to short me three dollars then slammed the door in my face i was there for about twenty minutes. Where's Wade McLaren? I arrived Thursday May 24 around 11 AM and I used the drive through. There was a line but it moved quickly. It was time for lunch, I was mowing the yard and cleaning gutters, which made me hungry. Angelina took the order, gave me the price and called me to the drive up window. I paid, got my drink and order, then left. My fast food lunch cost was a little over $11.00 and apparently that is because of the debacle with our current federal government distribution logistics issues in America. The food was delicious, the drink was ice cold and I enjoyed lunch. I will return to this location again. read more

My thoughts are they need to finish their renovations by renovating their staff. They need to find worker who care about what they are doing, listen to what a customer is saying and give the customer what they ordered!! No napkins or sauce after they asked what kind I wanted. The food needs renovations also. The tacos would have been fine for a vegan. The bean burritos were almost bean less and very small. If you like getting the wrong food, having all of your order dumped into one bag and yes, I mean dumped and going back and forth from your table to the counter multiple times just to get the correct food you ordered then this is the place for you. read more

Got 4 tacos & a burrito at 9:00 last nite for $10.53. After we ordered, were asked if we wanted to pay 50. More per taco for "double meat" -- said no thanks. On review, we should have - there was about a thumbnail of meat at bottom of taco (had to dig under lettuce to look), along with about a half ounce of lettuce on top -- that was it!!
