The shock was when we got the bill. Apparently the skirt steak was a Wagyu steak and the most expensive item on the menu. When the server recommended it she did not say it was a Wagyu steak and she didn't give a heads-up on the price. When I mentioned our surprise the server just shrugged it off. As the days passed by I felt more and more burned by the experience. Before writing this I looked at their web site to find the item and it was listed at $60. Credit card charges are part of doing business when you have jacked up your prices.
