Overall the food was delicious with the exception of a few items. Nachos- 3/5 the cheese was tasteless which was very odd. The saving grace was the jalapeños, tomatoes and cilantro. The green sauce also took it up a notch. Tacos- Chicken and Barbacoa were a 5/5. The Carnitas meat tasted refrigerated. After the first bite I was done. Barbacoa Plate- 4/5 it included a small portion of rice, beans, cabbage mix, barbacoa and tortillas. There was a lot more beans than rice and the beans got on everything including the tortilla which made parts of them soggy. Guacamole- 3/5 - I ordered what I thought was guac and chips. I only received guac. The size was small but that didn't bother me. Quesadilla- 2/5- Not a typical quesadilla. This had yellow cheese and was very greasy. It seemed it was pan fried and not pressed. Tacos were good but won't be back. Ordered 4oz of queso and 8oz of guac for $15.00 and they gave me 3 ounces of each cause they ran out so I clearly asked for a refund and the lady in charge was rude and gave me a partial refund on the guac. Terrible first impression for us so we won't be back. read more

Service was great. Food was okay, ordered the birria tacos and they were just blah, dry and no very tasty. I also ordered the lemonade and that was also just okay. It's $5 for lemonade that's not fresh and $2.50 down the street in little that's fresh from scratch. We tried it, it was okay. Would I come back? Maybe not, there's so many other great places just around the corner. I just wished the birria was juicier and more flavor with more cheese. i live close and for years would stop here after work because it was really good. The last 3 times the food was subpar. This final time ( Birria Tacos and a steak quesadilla(was just cheese no steak) 2 out of last 3 visits they got my order incorrect. It was not busy at all to warrant all these mistakes. I am not one to post negative reviews but the drop-off in quality has been significant. i will not be back- i will find another place. read more

The flavor from this place is something I cannot get anywhere else. The food is consistent every time, the food is so packed with flavor and everything is fresh. My favorite is their salsa verde. The service is good, they prepare everything fast and never miss. The ambiance is nice too for a quick lunch. They have a cute little bar and I love how the green areas are decorated with traditional Catholic figurines. Very cozy and familiar vibes. read more

Worst Mexican food I've ever had! Spent $30 and threw most of it away. I kept trying different dishes I bought because I couldn't believe it all tasted that bad. But it did! Lol. I kept thinking the taste would grow on me. Not to mention it took forever for my food to come out! Best part is when I picked up my food from the window I noticed that the workers were wearing gloves while handling food. I mentioned it to a worker and told him that wasn't sanitary and he said "Oh we wash our hands!!" I'll never return! I would have taken a pic of all the food I wasted my money on but I threw it away too fast! I shared the food with my family and they all complained too and asked me where I got that trash! Food was authentic and excellent. Service was super fast. The Chorizo tacos were our favorite. Love the ambiance! Even though it's a food truck, there is seating, a bathroom, TVs, and even a bar. I like this taco truck, or what it is, it has fresh made to order food, various soft and fruity drinks in glass bottles and they seem to charge a fair price for the food they serve. They accept credit cards and the food will be ready in about 5 minutes for you. they have a few picnic tables for outside dining only and a small camping type sink you can wash your hands in if needed. They speak English here, but I had a friend who spoke Spanish and was able to communicate better with them. The food was made correctly, the sauce was good, as was the meal. Better than a fast food place, but not as good as a sit down restaurant. So sort of what you expect from a food truck. I will eat here again. read more

The birria tacos are very bland. They gave me a green sauce for the tacos that's the only thing that helped it. The tacos themselves and the sauce that came with it didn't taste like anything. The chips and guacamole were good though! I'm not really an onion person but they make it good somehow in their guac. It was supposed to come with queso in the burrito which i don't see. The tacos were just ok and could have used more flavor and more meat. They give you 2 sauces a green sauce and red sauce both were actually pretty good. It's incredibly expensive for not much food and at a poor quality. I decided to splurge and treat myself and as soon as I got home and opened the bags I regretted it. Had a variety of tacos including carne asada, chorizo, barbacoa , carnitas and pastor. The tacos are $1.50 each and they take debit cards which is nice. The tacos are definitely the smallest I've had in the area and have little meat. The meats were somewhat bland. The sauce was very watery and didn't have much flavor but packed some heat.
