We came through for a small fry and a sweet tea with no ice. Got to the window for the fries and they were cold and soggy (like they were sitting), so luckily I looked in the bag before we moved. 1/16/23 = I went inside to make my order. The counter was not busy, but the staff seemed unaware of how to do their job (RS #2). I finally got to order, and I really wanted an ice cream cone. The staffer said they would give the cone to me when my order was ready. A rush of folks came in, it was a bit chaotic. My order took about 10 minutes. I ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me the bag and said don't worry about the spicy on the bag they just ran out of bags. I was okay thanks and I bit into the sandwhich and guess fricken what my mouth was on fire. I hate spicy food and they messed my sandwhich up so bad. Not a big fan of fast food or anything, but once in awhile I'll come here for breakfast, a milkshake, etc. Their ice cream machine is always not working/ being cleaned, usually at night. So if you want an ice cream or anything try going in the day time. But I just came here to give a shout out to Caroline! She is an absolute sweetheart and I tried to give her a shout out on the link they give you on the receipt, but it wouldn't let me. I ran thru the drive thru and when I got back to the job site to eat my lunch, I found that not only was my double quarter pounder missing a burger patty, it looked like it had been dropped on the floor before going out the window. Knowing how hard a lot of managers work to keep their stores going well, I decided to call and just let them know I got a deconstructed burger that was also missing a patty. Jocee (spelling?) apologized and said my next meal was on her next time I stopped in Well, 5 weeks later I was in the area and she made good on her promise. And everyone I connected with I the store was very pleasant to deal with. I'll give them props for fixing an issue and making customers want to return. Well done Jocee and team! read more

Awful service... We went through the drive-thru and ordered $50 worth of food.. they forgot a whole 10 pc chicken nugget meal... after we already got 30 mins home we noticed the missing item and called to try to talk to the General Manager about getting a refund. He then said we couldn't get a refund unless we came to the store.. once we tried to explain that we were 30 mins away he hung up... we called back again to try to get the name to report him to corporate for being so rude... he then said he did not have to provide his name and again hung up. We then drove to the store and immediately he goes "are you the women who called and complained" yes sir I am... then when we tell him we are going to tell corporate about it he proceeded to say " good luck with that I won't get fired anyway"... wow McDonalds I really hope you want more for your team. When I called corporate the women we spoke to was so concerned about how he handled the situation and further actions will be taken. I for one used to be a BIG fan of McDonalds, but over the years have tried to not eat that much fast food. However, yesterday I was just in the mood for some of that, and headed for the McDonalds right here in Englewood. I was shocked to see that the lobby was not open for dine-in, since all restaurants around this area certainly have reopened. I ordered the DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE and a SMALL FRIES, and the fries were as great as I have always known them to be. The burger was just OK, and as far as service was concerned.....What service, there was none. I did not even get some Ketchup to go with those fries. Not a good experience! read more

Worst friggin fast food restaurant I have ever tried ! Been at least ten years since I have had McDonalds and now I know why. Waited in drive thru for twenty minutes and then told to go park and they would bring it out. Ten minutes later it comes out, we drive home and the order was wrong !!!!! We paid 14.51 for a double Quarter with cheese, a regular QP w/o ketchup , a large fry and a regular fry. I got two QP both had ketchup and two small fries. P.S. My wife took the order back. Worst fast food place ever. I often have to repeat my order more than 4 times, almost always inaccurate when I get it, they don't know the menu and they are the SLOWEST fast food place EVER! I rarely eat, "fast food." In fact it's probably been well over five years since I've had any. But once in a great while I like to treat myself to some. This McDonald's in Englewood is probably one of the nicest and cleanest ones I've ever seen or been to. It beats anything we have in Jersey! Plus the employees are actually nice. That's a rarity especially in my area. I didn't realize how bad the reviews were until I was in line at the take out. I would have gone inside but it was past 1130PM and even though it's 24 hours, the interior closes at 11PM. There were three cars in front of me and because of the prior reviews, I made a point of timing it. It took just under 15 min to get my Big Mac, large fries and a diet coke. (I know I know, but I only drink diet coke because regular is simply too sweet for me!) I had to ask for ketchup which was lame but the clerk politely handed me a fist full. I got my guilty pleasures back to my condo and fortunately everyone was asleep or I would have certainly lost some fries! The Big Mac was just as I remembered. The bun was soft, the lettuce and onions were fresh and crunchy, and the patties had the nice grilled beef, fast food hamburger taste we grew up with. Was it, "fast?" No, not really. But I didn't mind waiting almost 15 minutes for something I only get to eat once or twice in 10 years. I can't speak for the complaints on order accuracy since it would be hard to mess up three items I think. But I did give my bag a quick once over before I pulled away to make sure I saw the burger box and the fries. Maybe I'll see you in another four or five years. So good but so bad. read more

Last time I went to this McDonalds it was great. The new girl at the window was nice and polite and our food took awhile but everyone was nice. HOWEVER 9/10 times they get my order completely wrong OR forget half the order. I'm not sure what it is about this particular location but ALWAYS check your bag when you leave just in case. my boyfriend and i decided to just grab some fast food for our anniversary instead of going out to a restaurant. we didn't order anything too complicated but yet they still screwed it up. we got a diet coke which we ASKED when the drink was handed to us if it was diet coke. the girl told us it was in fact diet coke BUT IT WASNT!!!! my boyfriend got a double cheese burger and i got a mcchicken. the mcchicken wasn't even in the bag and instead of a double cheeseburger, we got 2 cheeseburgers with the wrong toppings. and to top it off instead of a large fry they gave us a medium. so now my boyfriend and i are sitting here watching the beautiful stars, on our anniversary, with an entirely different order of food. 0/10 read more

It's McDonald's, they're all so standardized so you know exactly what to expect. It was a busy busy morning this fateful Friday my friend and I walked in to this particular McDonald's. There were boat races that day down the road and all those spectators and racers coming in to town all seemed to have forgotten breakfast that day like myself because this McDonald's was slammed. The staff handled it like champions, they controlled the crowds, dictated where people were to stand, calling out orders left and right, french fries flying everywhere, the cook was behind the scenes doing sweet tricks with the little breakfast sausages and limp bacon, yellow cheeses soaring through the air on to sandwiches with dead-on precision, it was wonderful. We ordered, there were about 15 people standing all waiting for their orders as well, and we had our food within three minutes, bravo team. My sausage mcmuffin was constructed to perfection, it was a perfect ratio of breads, meats, eggs, and cheese, crispy around the edges and soft goodness in the middle. Nicely done... The parking and parking lot navigation is a little cramped, that is my one complaint. There were some people confused as to what to do and visibly crying in fear if they were ever going to leave this McDonald's. It didn't help that other patrons were honking and yelling. I went through the drive thru this morning about 9:30 only myself and one other vehicle in front of me. Placed order, paid and went to pick up window. Worker noticed a missing apple pie on my order and promptly got one. I thanked him and drove home. Mistake #1 was not checking order again but he just checked it right? Got home and instead of two egg McMuffins and two hash browns, got one hash brown and two burritos! I went back to the store ( twenty minute drive one way) ask for the manager and ask her to fix my order. She gave me my corrected order and said "sorry, please come again". Got home and guess what ? Only one hash brown! This store has always been shaky about getting the right order but today did it for me! I called the store and told the manager about the second mistake again. Very apologetic and if I wanted to come back, they would give me another hash brown! No offer of comping my breakfast which after two gross mistakes, it seems like something I shouldn't have to ask for.Up to then I had not said anything derogatory at all but I lost it. I will drive a little farther to the other McDonald's in the area rather than continue to support the perinial crappy performance by this store. read more
