Sourcing beautiful organic and local produce, washing and prepping all the vegetables and fruits, making up truly healthful food combinations (mock chicken salad)... it's a process. I counted at least 15 employees either working or on break and every one was dressed in the appropriate uniform, working efficiently (or on their lunch break) and in a wonderful mood. Even the staff that were stuck running take-out orders in the rain to the parked cars were in good spirits. Why is it that every other fast food chain manages to hire workers who are either apathetic or unfriendly?
