The bartender is one of those bartender's that thinks he really good at his job, but when a customer (me) waits 10 minutes to order. A local regular (who did NOT work there) apologized for the staffs behavior - repeating "it's on the house" after we decided to leave after waiting for over an hour and half with no service. So everything gets cooked in the oil they use. The Hot Dog I ordered was the BBQ Dawgg. A beef Hot Dog wrapped in Bacon and then deep fried until the Bacon is crispy. Into a tasty, but not overly huge Bun and topped with grilled Onions and BBQ Sauce. So you get the Bacon fat and Hot Dog fat mixing in with whatever kind of oil they are using, which imparts all those flavors into the French Fries. Service is fast and friendly.
