My family was driving back from a road trip and was really excited to see that they were open until 9 PM. Walked inside at 8:40 (twenty minutes before the time they said they closed online) and they turned off the lights and were getting ready to leave. We asked if they weren't actually open until 9 and the response we got was "Well we already put all the food away". I grew up here and over the years this has typically been the worst subway ever. For every reason possible. BUT fast forward to now and a lot has changed. There aren't many options in this little town, and subway happens to be my favorite fast food joint, so I'm happy to see it come as far as it has. Clean dining area, fresh veggies, friendly staff. The toaster used to ALWAYS be broken at this location, made me crazy! But I haven't had that issue the last 6 months I've been back here. The only thing I've found is that certain times of day my sandwich is way more put together, making it taste better in my opinion. In the evening it's kind of sloppy when I pick it up. Had it our way because a super friendly staff! We stopped by Subway to stock up on hoagies for our next day's hike (and wanted to take advantage of the April BOGO-half-off promo) Staff walked us through how to obtain to sale, guiding us to just order the base hoagie online, not worry about toppings, she'd just walk us through the stations like we were a walk up, so we could have it our way without having to click through everything. Soo much easier! In addition, when she heard my husband & I discussing the plans for packing the hoagies for the hike, she offered to put wet ingredients in to-go cups, so the hoagies wouldn't get soggy. Service was rude and unprofessional. The staff was not friendly and didn't want to be there. Two were talking, and one was watching the Olympics. It took them 10 minutes to help me when no one was there. They didn't even bother to tell me when my order was ready, and they just kept talking until I went up to ask for my food. Typical Subway which is located conveniently with a gas station. It is clean and service is very good. Not sure if I would get my typical tuna here so I opted for turkey and it was delicious. Not many options in this small town so it was a perfect option before we turned to go to Bryce Canyon National Park. Definitely recommend for a simple, Predictable lunch choice. read more

I ordered the beef stroganoff that was pretty good. By girlfriend ordered the salmon tacos. They arrived almost immediately. 10 minutes before my entree. They were cold and the salmon was very fishy tasting and mushy in spots. The server seemed to be very confused in her duties not offering us drinks until we asked and taking wrong food to different tables. When I asked if they could turn on the patio lights so we could see our food she replied that they currently were not working. The owner came by refilling water, asked how our meals were so l told him about the tacos and he said "salmon is a very strong fish, we serve 100 pounds per week so that's the way salmon should taste" I'm pretty sure good fish doesn't taste fishy. Waited quite a while for our bill to come and finally decided to go inside to register and pay there. I always wonder if they think people are cheap when they don't leave a tip or if they realize that they need to improve their game. Stopped here on the way to Bryce Canyon to try to get some quick food. Left immediately after seeing this location taking zero precautions to protect their employees or their customers from COVID. They can't even take the BASIC precautions to protect anyone... No masks, no attempt to have customers wear masks, and one employee not wearing gloves. Bought a couple of subs here before going to Bryce Canyon National Park. My favorite sub is the Oven Roasted Chicken. On this trip, I tried the Honey Wheat Bread and had it toasted. It went well with the chicken. This Subway branch was located inside a gas station. There was a nice clean seating area which had about 8 tables. The staff who helped us were fast, friendly, and efficient. We were all happy with our Subway sandwiches, and it filled us up until dinner time! read more

Absolute Disaster!! One girl behind the counter. It took her 40 minutes to make two sandwiches and a chopped salad. After hunting for the salad bowl and chopper in the back she managed to convert perfectly good lettuce and veggies to complete slurry. I couldn't have done any better with a blend-tec. She also Managed to cremate both sandwiches because the beeper on the toaster oven doesn't work! Not worth the stop here folks. The kids became very anxious because we really didn't intend to spend the day here, all we wanted was a sandwich! I gave the kids the keys to wait it out, after waiting for what seemed like forever, they returned inside and locked the keys in the car!!! Great day, thank you Subway and Silver Eagle!! Veggie patty wasn't available so being vegetarian had to get the veggie delight which was the most wimpy veggie delight I've ever bought from Subway, even with all the extra toppings I asked for. It was mostly bread. I paid extra for avocado which was barely a half smear in the sandwich. Not sure if they're just cheap with ingredients but not worth the money. I was hangry. read more

I stopped Wednesday around 11am for a quick lunch before heading to Bryce Canyon. A few hours later I was completely sick. I was throwing up w/ diarrhea for 8 yrs. It ruined my first day of vacation. With all the older horrible reviews we hesitated on stopping here for dinner. I'm glad we did! The horror stories are not true... We trusted a fellow yelper from just one month ago and went in. This subway is part of a gas station. The prices here are a little steeper than most big city subways but that's understandable since we are kind of in the middle of no where. They had all the standard options of bread, cheese and toppings. On the veggie sandwich we did need to tell the girl making it to add a little extra veggies since that is the "meat" of our sandwich. Overall, we enjoyed our sub and got much better customer service than the subway closer to the actual park. read more

SLOW! 40 minutes for two toasted subs and a salad. Are you kidding me!!!! The subs both got burnt, because the timers not working. The chopped salad was more like a BlendTech "will it blend?" Purée. We ate here June 23 2019 the service was slow bread was not fresh,vegies were wilted and they did not have the bread we wanted and there were 5 employees!! Tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. We have eaten at many subways and this was by far the worst. read more

This place must be under new management. We almost didn't stop due to the bad Yelp reviews. This service was faster than most Subways and the sandwiches tasted great. Three people working that were all refreshingly pleasant for a fast food chain. Only downside is that they don't take AmEx, but I think that is normal for small towns. read more
