A hoagie roll with freshly sliced meat and loads of toppings from eggplant to olives to hot peppers. Wow. Great food, great service, economical prices. The Súbito guys also make hot sandwiches, with veal parmigiana as the star. Subito is true to its origins. The Museum of Canadian Culture she give Subito an award for preserving great food in the face of all the pressure to fusion out its unique character.
