If I could give them a negative number I would. I placed a mobile order and drove to the store, went in and stood in line. When it was my turn I told them I had a mobile order and the female worker said, I'm working on it, which she clearly wasn't. She then proceeded to move trays of bread around but eventually started my order. She had the young man who was clearly training to do my order and she started the next person's order. The young man struggled with the order and did not make my husband's sandwich correctly. The female was rude to him and said "move faster" several times and "you're not doing it right". For heavens sake train the kid, don't berate him in front of customers. I'll go to Jersey Mike's from now on. read more

It seems like every time I go I know there the vegetables are wilted or empty. Tonight they would not refill the tomatoes because it was :30 before closing. Last time was the middle of the day so I'm not sure what the excuse was. im going down the road to Jersey Mikes next time. read more

The one star is for poor management only. Here's why: I feel really bad for this location's employees. About a week ago, I ordered online and did curbside pick up. We ended up walking in because we felt they may be busy. She was busy and she was completely by herself. Today we decided to stop in and order at the counter. Again, the worker was completely by herself. There were 6 people ahead of us and more came in behind us. I saw a sign posted on the food case that said NO PAPER COUPONS. We felt so bad for her. They advertise curbside pickup, fresh sliced deli meat, fresh baked bread and custom toppings. But they expect ONE person to do all that? Where was a supervisor or manager and why weren't they pitching in? They need at least two front line workers and supervisors. There is no way a person should have to work under that pressure. While we were there, people were nice but how long would that last? Come on Subway, help this location figure out a better plan. We decided to leave. read more

Stopped by for a quick sandwich. Store was clean. No customers. Ordered my sandwich but didn't get tomatoes because the bin was empty and the few stragglers looked weak. It wasn't busy... the bins should be full. The one girl working seemed happy that my order was quick and she could get back to the back area of the store and out of the main counter area. No mask wearing. Very disappointed that this location is not following the state mandate for mask wearing during the pandemic. Five people in line to order sandwiches not wearing masks and employee at the register not wearing mask. Asked the employee at the register why she wasn't wearing a mask or why they weren't requiring guests to wear masks she said "I didn't even notice". Will not be returning to this location ever again. The food score of '90' should have been a dead giveaway not to eat here, but my wife and I rolled the dice. It's Subway, how bad could it be... right? My wife is currently recuperating from severe food poisoning. She's extremely ill, suffering from violent vomiting, dry heaves, chills, a fever, and harsh stomach pain. It was blatantly obvious during our visit that the staff was either improperly trained or simply dumb. Looking at their recent health inspections reveals a total disregard for keeping food stored at proper temperatures. Looking back a few years, their inspection scores were just fine, but they seem to have taken sharp nose-dive within the past six months. I suspect the business changed ownership and/or management, largely for the worse. Please, be very cautious about eating at this Subway. The reason this gets one star is because of the friendly staff and because I have never had a bad sandwich made from here. My complaint is in regards to the morning. It states on the door as well as online that they open at 8am. Three times now I have stopped by well after 8 (about 8:30a) and one of the times I didn't even go in as it was dark and the open sign was not on. The other two times the person opening was just turning everything on and putting everything out. One of the times I left as I had just worked 12 hours overnight and did not have time to wait for something that usually takes 5 mins. The other time I waited a half hour as I was really hungry. If the sign says "open" and it is past the open time that is stated then I just don't understand why things aren't out and sandwiches able to be made when people come in. The time I waited a half hour the person working said "people aren't usually in here at this time".... Why not change the open time or staff come in at a different time to be able to actually serve at the time stated? Very confusing! read more

I can't even begin to tell you the lack of customer service I experienced with my kids there to witness it! I have visited this location 4 or 5 times in year and half we have lived in the area. Tonight was the last! I ordered my kids their usual sandwich and asked for it on flat bread, like every other visit. The lady who I believe is the owner's daughter just responded with " no!" I said excuse me, as in shock. I said I've order it several times and I'm ok paying an up charge for the bread . She responded, NO! White or wheat! I said are you refusing to make a sandwich for me? Her reply , YES! I left completely in shock that she refused to serve me bread I'm paying for, it's a sub shop! I called back to ask her name and a young boy answered. I asked for the ladies name and he replied " I don't have to give you anything!" I said, I'd like her name and now yours because I'm calling the subway customer services line. He said, whatever , you aren't owed anything! Really?!?! They then called back 5 minutes later to ask me to come get sandwiches made ( riiiiiigght). His name is Phillip, bc she said it on the phone.
