They subsequently threatened to call the police when I requested a resolution. All as my toddlers were screaming "I'm hungry!" In the back seat. NEVER again will I go to this McDonald's. Stay away

We were lucky enough to show up to no line in the drive thru, grand. immediately greeted for our order, pulled up to the first window, tap to pay, speedy. No wait. second window, immediate diet coke in hand. Crisp. Approx 7 seconds later, a bag of steaming hot nuggets and SALTY fries. Unreal. Immediately after that, two McFlurry's in hand--that's right, a working ice cream machine. AT 10PM. literally thought I was dreaming. And just like that, in less than 2 minutes, we had our food, drinks & desserts and were leaving. I could not believe it so that's why I'm here writing a 5 star review for none other than MCDONALDS WESTERLY.

I am so sad to see the DBZ meal gone. I ordered it 3 times to try to get the collectibles. First…read moretwo times went great. I got two different toys and everything went great. The third time I dunno what the hell happened. I ordered the DBZ meal. What I got was 10 piece nuggets, med fries, med drink in a DBZ cup. But the drink wasn't the featured drink (which costs close to $5 à la carte). No saiyan sauces came with my order. No juice pulp or popping bobas in the drink. Also no DBZ toy. After speaking with customer service in the app I got a $10 off coupon. (At first they offered $3. Then I opened another ticket to email them - the chat bot is kinda dumb. They offered me $5 but I told them that only covered the drink. Not the sauces or the toy - which cannot be purchased separately. ) So a few days later I went back to order the dbz meal to hopefully complete the set but it seems as though they've run out of the toys. So I'm kinda bummed out but I'm glad I got $10 back through the app Btw before using the customer service chat bot in app I tried calling the number in the receipt. I spoke with someone who connected me to the store. She's like if we get disconnected to choose option 3 next time. The person in store claimed they couldn't hear me and hung up. I tried calling back. Never got that first person who connected me. And then when I finally got to the store it said the option I chose was unavailable. Like 5 times

Happy that KFC is back in town…read more 9/10 of my KFC orders are the chicken pot pies. Whenever I eat out and get a chicken pot pie- I compare it to KFCs. Been to boujee places, diners, National chains - and I keep coming back to KFCs. It's perfect. Good size. Flaky crust. Great chicken to veggie ratio. I also like the original fried chicken. The colonel got them 13 herbs and spices right. Tuesdays you can get a 8 piece drums and thighs bucket for $10. If you want sides and biscuits you can get it for $20. We also pick up the $20 fan favorites box quite often. Comes with 4 fried chicken, chicken nuggets, biscuits, and fries. Wedges are back! Finally!! I find wedges to be superior to fries. Mmmm they're coated in the same chicken batter coating of herbs and spices and it's delicious!!!!! Oh and the fries are good too. But you can't even get wedges in the frozen section of the super market anymore. My only gripe is that the KFC sauce (red wrapper containers) is not a choice option on the app. But they never have any problems giving me the sauces when I pick up my order.
