Instead of waiting until I had moved or politely asking me to step aside so he could clean, he started spraying and wiping the very table I was leaning on--without saying "excuse me," "sir, could you move," or offering any kind of courtesy. As a customer, that came across as rude and unprofessional. Simple communication and respect go a long way, and in this case, there was none. Even after I moved and looked at him, he didn't acknowledge me or offer any apology. It left me feeling as though the action was dismissive, if not deliberately disrespectful.
