We ordered from them for years and won't again, after the recent order. Site said would be delivered in 30 minutes and nothing after an hour. Called the site and told they only had one driver and it hadn't left the store. 1.5 hours later cold pizza and cold wings. Never again. Do not order here read more

Absolutely do not recommend Marco's on Patrick Street in Charleston, West Virginia! We ordered buffalo wings that had very little sauce on them to the point where they were almost dry. This was somewhat forgivable until we opened our pizza box and our pizza was wrong. We still had the receipt taped to it, they had just made it wrong. When we tried to call back and speak with the "manager" she was very rude and told us she did not have to replace our pizza or refund our money. We simply wanted her to make us another pizza so that it would be ready by the time we drove all the way back down there to get it and we wouldn't have to sit outside for 20 minutes. I don't know if the franchisee is reading this, but I want you to know how they treat customers. We drove a long way to pick up this pizza and wings and were highly disappointed. Not only were the staff rude they ruined our dinner. Terrible job Marcos. Do not get pizza or food from this establishment. read more

Tony and I ordered a Small Pepperoni Pizza and it was FREE because it was a birthday present from Marcos Pizza. Since I am a member of their Rewards. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza with a Garlicy Buttered Crust. It was very good and cheesy but could have used a little more sauce. Tony especially likes a heavy sauce pizza, personally me it's okay. I definitely would eat here again. I'm assuming because of NFL playoff games the restaurant was very empty...but the kitchen was busy with door dash deliveries and pick-ups. They have black mold in the walk in's. cockroaches in their soda machines and all over the dry stock food in the back. The workers there are down right rude and will cuss you out over the simplest things. Highly don't recommend this place at all. read more

Great pizza joint. New favorite pizza chain. They're quick and delicious. No "ketchup" for sauce, no lack of cheese, no burnt to a crisp dough, and generous toppings. Chicken Florentine and Italian sausage are the way to go, in my opinion. The sausage chunks are hardy and the Florentine is really flavorful, and I'm usually not a fan of chicken as a topping. Old World Pepperoni is better than regular. Much more crisp; great texture. Gotta try this place. read more

Marco's is alright. I mean, at the end of the day it's pizza and I love pizza. They do have a large variety of items to choose from. The salads are big portions. It's good pizza but I like other pizza places better around here. Delivery is slow AF. I did delivery one time and I prob wouldn't again from here. read more

I placed an order online to be delivered at 11:30am on one of the Hallmark holidays (Admin. Asst. Day). According to the website and the receipt, they left the store at 11am; my office is 5 miles away, at 11:50 I called to check the location of the driver, no apology from the manager, just excuses... pizza was delivered at noon. On top of it being late, I requested dipping sauces that were missing but I'm not going to make a huge deal of that. The order was roughly $40 and I paid for only the food online, giving the driver an $11 cash tip when he delivered. I checked my credit card statement two days later and someone felt that $11 to deliver 4 pizzas, 5 miles away LATE, wasn't enough so they added almost $10 more to my card. read more

Ordered online at 3:30 to be delivered at 5:30. I called at 6:00 just to confirm they received my order. I was fine with it being a little late, but they confirmed they had my order. At 7:00, still with no delivery, I called back to the store. They still hadn't started on my order. They first claimed it got lost in the system even though I called an hour earlier to confirm. This place was pretty decent! I felt the service was lowkey a little sketchy but it turned out to be very good. When we pulled into the parking lot my father and I look at each other and said, "this doesn't look too promising," but it ended up being good! The pizza came out pretty quickly and was pretty good! The service is so terrible. The food doesn't taste good enough to deal with the rude people who don't answer the store phone, the delivery men who are too lazy to deliver your food, or the overall unprofessionalism when you call them about the orders they consistently mess up. First time we've tried Marco's & were really impressed. First, the person to whom I spoke explained the options including complimentary flavors for the crust. She told us about the "specials". We ordered two medium pizzas for take-out. Very convenient that you can "drive through" to pick up order. Order was accurate, temperature hot, crust very, very good. The first time we tried Marco's was in St Albans, it was really good. Pizza is thin crust with lots of cheese. When we went back the second time it was not as good. The pizza was cooked as long and was very greasy. read more

Normally have a great experience at this Marcos. This day was different walked in not to hey welcome to marcos but to "you got a order in already". She was super rude. She walked off snf all i heard was continuous coughing. Glad it wasnt by my food. Smh this manager should take customer service training from the other managers and staff. The manager on duty was rude tonight .... we walked in to eat here and the stores heater doesn't work. They acted it's not a big deal on a 45 degree night. Love this pizza and love having a place to go sit down and eat it. The crust is wonderful and the toppings very fresh ( my fave has been the Hawaiian chicken). I always get a salad , and they are very good as well. My only complaint would be having to eat on paper plates with plastic utensils, but that seems to be the way of the world these days! read more

Marco's has the best thin crust pizza I have ever eaten. Usually thin crust is dry and tasteless like stale crackers. Not here!! It is delicious, flaky and wonderful. Toppings are fresh and they have green olives (which I love). Most places don't have that option. read more

Avoid this place!!! We came for lunch. There were 2 people in the dining area. Ordered two small pizzas at 11:14. Still waiting at 11:54. When asked why such a long wait, we were told that there was a large delivery order in front of us. Didn't bother letting us know in advance. When pizza finally came it was wrong!!
