The floors didn't have that weird oily or sticky feeling that some restaurants have. Everything, including the drink dispenser, was spotless and working properly. I really appreciated that you can order face to face or through a kiosk. The kiosk option is especially nice for people who deal with anxiety. Just a tip -- if you order at the kiosk, you'll need to ask for your drink cups while you wait for your food. I ordered the Classic Burger combo, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever eaten. The bun was soft without being soggy, the burger itself was juicy and full of flavor, and everything tasted fresh. The burgers and fries are made to order, which really makes a difference. Now for the bad. It's Arby's. It's a few ounces of deli-meat thrown halfway on and halfway off a white bread bun. Glob some plasticky cheeze whiz on it if you feel like you must. Either way it could be made at home, better, for probably 75 cents (Note: Arbys used to send out pretty good coupon deals-4 for $5 or even 5 for $5-and that made it almost worth it, but I haven't seen decent Arby's coupons in years). A bright side is that I do like the curly fries. Just to reiterate, I really don't care for Arbys in general, if you have to have it, this location is probably the best location I have ever been to.
