He was so great at communicating leading up to the event and the day of, and was very accommodating as I live in VA and needed a family member to pick up the food for me. Andy explained to my cousin what each sauce was, how to setup the serving racks, etc. We did the three entrees and three sides for 30 people and it was more than enough food. Everyone at the shower couldn't stop talking about how good everything was! We ordered the pulled pork, brisket, and the kielbasa for the main meats and scalloped potatoes and mac n' cheese, as well as a pasta salad for the sides. The mac n' cheese is the best mac n' cheese I've had in quite a while, it was a huge hit! I would definitely recommend all of the dishes we ordered. As I mentioned, we had more than enough food, so we had a little leftover at the end of the shower. The food kept well overnight and we ate the rest for lunch the next day and it was all still just as good. An employee served me well. The bacon was about several inches tall and was very thick. Eating the bacon off a stick was a bit of a challenge.
