Awesome customer service! Sandwich was great and the employee was super helpful and made our night!

Subway has gone to shiet and no one cares whether it be Corporate, franchise owners and the employees. No one will answer the Montgomery store phone to order or answer questions. There is no way to contact Corporate office which is typical of many big companies. I came in late one night to this store when it was open 24 hours and the lone employee refused to make me a sandwich. I did not bother to complain. I'll take my sammich business to all the other competition available and better than Subparway. May Subway fail and go bankrupt... read more

I ordered a meatball sub for delivery with onions, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, olives and salt pepper with vinegar and oil ! I posted a picture of the garbage they sent of with I through in the trash! I called the store to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager in charge!! Like subway just not this location. They do not honor coupons put out by subway unless you happen to catch a manager on duty and good luck with that. They also do not honor military discounts as other stores do. My guess is that the owner instructed the employees to cut back on meat products judging by the subs that I purchased. Will not go back to this subway. read more

One staff member was outside the whole time we were in there for 30 minutes on the clock leaving an older lady trying to do everything herself and they were out of lettuce, pickles and ham at 11 am. Flooring is a huge hazard as it is cracked, broken and not even in areas. Very obvious owner could care less about his operation here. I ordered two footlong sandwiches via online order. One was perfect and loaded up with everything requested.. the other footlong was missing the majority of the requested ingredients and also only had 2 banana peppers, and 8 leaves of spinach. I am thoroughly disappointed that the price I paid didn't match what I received whatsoever. I will never again order from this location. read more

It is very disappointing to visit a subway shop only to discover they don't make the seafood/crab salad... Especially near the lake! So I begrudgingly ordered the soup and salad combo. My choices were Black Forest Ham 6" and a cup of Broccoli Cheese soup. First, you can't call it a sub sandwich if you only have ONE piece of ham and you bend it in half to look like two. Even if it were two - it's still not enough meat to call it a sub. It was like eating a veggie sandwich. Second, when a person orders a cup of soup, FILL THE CUP. My cup was 2/3 filled - I haven't touched it yet in the photo. Also, it was weak with thin consistency; as if watered down. It didn't taste very cheesy either. Very disappointed here. Staff was friendly and swift. This place won't last long near the lake if this is the norm for it. read more

This store needs some serious new employees. This is the 2nd time we've gotten food from here that is was messed and sloppily put together. We ordered several sandwiches online. When we got them home 2 of them were a mess and nothing was made right. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phones here. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is with this store but it needs to be fixed immediately. I thought this was a franchise ad would love to get ahold of the owner. This is ridiculous! One more time and we will take our business elsewhere. read more

I don't know why it is so hard for the Montgomery owners and managers to figure out inventory control. Both montgomery location run out of exotic things like bread or ham or vegetables on a regular basis. The Subway chain should step in to defend their brand. read more

I'll give a 2 because overall, the ingredients were there but you guys need to pay attention to detail. Second time you didn't get the online order correctly. Two sandwiches may want different bread. One might want toasted but the other may not. It's just reading off a screen right?? Had to bad experiences at this same Subway. Last time they couldn't chop up my veggies or black forest ham in my salad cause apparently they don't know how to use a knife. Did an online order tonight for 2 footlongs and a salad. They forgot the whole salad, forgot to put mayonnaise on one of the subs. How the heck do you have a list from an online order and over 15 minutes to get the order prepared and still mess things up. Probably won't be going back to this location anymore. read more

The worst gddmn Subway ever!!! You can't get a hold of the shop when you call nor the franchise owner. Went to this open 24 hours store after midnight and could not get a damn chicken sandwich made. When we walked in 1 employee a young female was playing chase around the dining area with 2 customers/friends. While making our sandwiches she was rude, over charged us then refused to refund the extra charge. No employees nor the other customers/friends had mask on when we arrived, gave attitude towards me when mine slipped down below my nose. Never will I eat at a subway in Montgomery county again since most are owned by the same owners. read more

For the last month, we have went into this location off HWY 105 in Montgomery a few times. Seems to be the same guy working alone every time. Every time we have went we are told they don't do the meatball subs anymore or they don't have any meatballs. So far 3 times this month this has happened. if They are out of something it would be nice to have it posted so we don't wait in line for over 20 minutes to find out and leave empty handed. read more

I'm writing about the subway on highway 105 next door to Papa Johns. Today I had an unusual experience I want to share. I only buy two items when I go to a subways. Meatballs or tuna fish. The reason is because the servers do not have to reach over the other cold cuts or veggies and have their sleeves passing over the food. Who knows where there sleeve has been since they arrived at work. The meatballs are in there own warmer n the tuna is usually right up front. I dont ask for anything extra for that reason the reaching over the food. Today the young man had gloves on but I did not see him put them on I only saw him walking from the other end of the counter. So I asked him to.please remove the gloves on and put another pair on before doing my meatball sandwiches. At first he was annoyed but complied. He did not remove them for the next customer but he should have. You do not know the allergies the other customer may have to the food you just touched and place on your meal. I believe band washing after using the register and after each different customer. Maybe Subway you should keep your food covered until it is being put on the bread. The reaching over by your employees with there sleeves is very bothersome to me. read more

Crappy experience tbh...it was lunch and I wanted to eat healthy so I chose Subway. Next time I'll go to the one in Conroe instead, or anywhere else for that matter. So I wait for the guy to take my order while he is busy joking around with the other people trying to work (I'm the only one in line). Finally looks up to help me and he tries to get me to buy multiple subs. After 3 attempts and me telling him no each time, he proceeded to move on to make my sandwich. After that, he told me how I should put my ingredients on my sub. I finally stopped him and told him what I wanted, which I thought was the point of subway? You tell them what you want and they make it, they don't try to pressure sell you or tell you how you should make your sandwich. I'm all for suggestions, but this guy was straight up disrespectful and pushy. Also, I wish I took a picture but didn't, the cucumbers were very nasty looking - all dry and withered looking and discolored, not sure why they were out but thats a health concern right there, enough so that I will not be back to this location ever again. read more

workers aren't very friendly. told us they didn't have chips, so we asked for a cookie in place and the kid didn't want to give us one for the issue. also get home to my bread soggy this was my favorite subway around us, but i think i'll drive elsewhere. read more
