Subway is consistent. This is a great thing to eat when it's as hot as it is outside. Tonight I got my son a buffalo chicken loaded with all the veggies plus hot vegetables like jalapenos. My daughter I kept it simple a steak and cheese. My husband had a cold cut combo just as it comes. And I had a veggie delight. I've always liked Subway cuz it's a great way to get some vegetables in, get a fast fresh meal that is in as bad for you as a hamburger or something like that. I ordered BOGO free sandwiches, my order was not worth one sandwich. Ordered meatball subs, no sauce on the sandwiches, the cheese was in a clump. They gave me the end cap of a pepper. I think I'm also going to be sick from eating half of one. Truly disgusting. 2/9/22- 7:30 pm or so...Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!!! I ordered 4 sandwiches online. Shortly after, I received a call back saying they were out of bread. So, I asked "you're out of what type of bread"..the girl said "all bread, except flatbread.". I was a little astonished, as I have been coming to Subway for 20 years, and that was a first...so I asked "when will the next bread be ready?" She said "about an hour and a half". I was a little baffled, and then some guy got on the phone and said basically the same thing as the girl did. So, I said "ok, I paid online with Apple Pay, so does that just get reversed and put back on my Apple Pay?" And, he had no clue. He said "I don't know how to do that, but if you come in I can give you cash". So, I guess I have no other choice right...had to go in and get my cash back. I walked in, and the guy said "are you the guy with the refund?" And I said yeah, and he said "here's your cash" and threw a small cookie bag with my money in it and walked away. No apology....No "sorry for the trouble"..."sorry for the inconvenience"...nothing. He just walked away without saying a single word.Then, as I sat in my car, I see them laughing through the window. Yeah...real funny!!! I went to this location the other day. I had a coupon. After the worker had made my sandwich she then tells me that location does not take coupons. I then ask to speak with a manager then she tells me she doesn't have a manager there! I said okay well what are you going to do about this she said oh I can throw away the sandwich. Umm I think they need to post a sign on the door that this location doesn't except coupons or train their employees to let customers know before they order if you plan on using any coupons today, we don't accept them. That way there not wasting food and that way there not wasting customers time. read more

I have gone to this location 3 times and have had a poor experience each of the last 3 times. On the first occassion I walk in, no acknowledement at all, I am asked what I wanted, the bread is pulled and I am waiting for at least 5 minutes while the employee starts to make another sandwich. I walked out and left. The next occurrance, I ordered online and the sandwich was not only a foot long as ordered, but on the wrong bread. At least they remade the sandwich with only a "my bad". Today, I placed an online order again. The website said that they would no longer be taking online orders at 12:30. The order was made at 12:01, at 12:05 it was canceled. I drove down since no one wanted to answer the phone, and the employee said they they were closed for lunch. Of course there wasn't an immediate refund, I need to wait 3-5 days for that. This establishment obviously doesn't care about operating a business or their customers. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the numerous other sandwich places within a 5 minute drive of here. read more

Really bad experience! Krystal the "manager" of the store was very unprofessional. My bf went inside the store and wanting to order a sandwich, for the both of us. He's asked to go use the restroom bc he is diabetic and suddenly needing to go pee. ( keep in mind there's customers in front of him) so he couldn't wait any longer. Manager still wouldn't let him use the restroom bc she said it's for paying customer only. ** making a joke about it with other workers and laughing about it, insulting me saying just say your order first ** So I had to walk in bc they wouldn't take him seriously and I had to order for us so she can let him use the restroom. I'm "8 months pregnant" that's why he had to go in and order for us..my bf still managed to go inside the restroom after waiting for so long and after the arguments just bc " the employees" want us to pay for our food first before using the restroom. BS. The owner of this store RIMPI Should be training their employees to better assist their customers especially on such scenarios like this! I want to give 0/5 stars if I could!! This is by far the best Subway I have ever eaten at. The bread is super soft like it's really fresh. Bathrooms and store in general are really clean. Everything was organized and neat. And I've never had the "for here" baskets before. They usually wrap it and stick it on a tray. read more

This is definitely one of the better subways out there. The bread is always fresh, the ingredients feel like they are better of better quality than some other subways I've been to. They properly construct the sandwiches and put the sauce on before the veggies go on. The staff is amazing, I always notice them talking to the regulars whenever I come in.
