None of the 3 employees could answer. I told them I spoke Spanish and at the very least they could have started cooking my breakfast burrito several minutes prior. Cashier was still in restroom. I walked out and tried the Irvine location the following week. Service was equally haphazard at that location. Its a good burrito, not Top 5 in the County but without a doubt in the Top 6-15 Best in OC. Service being horrible, I doubt Ill give them a third shot.
