With out a doubt my favorite place to eat in Brickell and I contribute that to the ladies that work there. They are always super nice. It could be a packed house and they greet you like family. Honestly, I just needed a 6inch to keep me going. Luckily, they had a varied assortment of the baked chips I like. I stopped in for a late lunch before hitting rush hour and ordered my usual go-to order without hesitation. Although the line was halfway full, it seemed like barely minutes by the time they had cleared the line. I appreciate that kind of efficiency. Flatbread toasted with mayo and mustard before going in the heater is my style with the Spicy Italian fixins for a flavorful meaty sandwich with both crunch and zing. Never underestimate the sweet onion vinaigrette sauce here as it goes with everything. I opt for the Swiss cheese and spinach with tomatoes and onions to seal the deal. Combo or no combo, it's a win. This location seems to be in the center of it all while still never being affected by the congested lines they experience. Not a fan of the cookies but the chips make up for it. read more

I don't know if I should thank you or curse you. I tried using the subway online ordering... the process was so ridiculous and convoluted that I gave up and was so frustrated I went elsewhere. On the plus side I found my new favorite sub shop so I'll never have to worry about it again but I wanted to let you know why you lost a customer. The fact that there is no way to pay on pickup was annoying but understandable, the payment page was absurd. I picked a delivery time of 12:15pm when ordering at 11:45, entered my name, my credit card info, then my billing address... phone and email... then it asked for my name again... and my address again, then email and phone (with no choice to populate from what I already entered)... then after that IT ASKED FOR MY NAME, NUMBER, EMAIL, AND PHONE AGAIN... in case I needed to be contacted about my damned sandwich... I filled all yet out, took me 11 minutes... and when I hit enter it said my pickup time was invalid and started back over. I gave up and closed it out. I was not applying for a mortgage. I just wanted lunch. read more

Unless you've lived under a rock for the past 20 years or so, you know what Subway's got to offer you. Located at Mary Brickell Village, it's nice to have a "fresh alternative" to the pricier restaurants located here. If you actually live or work around this part, then you can't really be eating at Rosa Mexicano or B & B every night! Or...you can get yourself a breakfast sandwich here too! This location is clean and pretty efficient. A few tables outside so you can enjoy watching people try to parallel park on 9th street. read more

I love their breakfast and I love this Subway! I was skeptical of Subway's foray into breakfast - how could I ever give up McD's mighty bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit? But, after a price - and nutritional - comparison, I was sold. For a mere $2.50, I get the Western egg, ham, and cheese: an egg (white), ham, cheese, with toppings, all baked on an English muffin - plus a huge cup of Seattle's Best coffee! The sandwich comes out so hot from the oven, it actually steams up the wrapper (that's not oil). I wish that could be avoided, but, otherwise, this is a great way to start the day. The service at this Subway is excellent and they always provide quick and friendly service. Parking is metered, but I usually don't pay for such a quick stop - hopefully, I'll never be ticketed. read more

I come to this Subway weekly for the Meatball special. I love the fact they're always fresh, and this is the cleanest subway I've eaten at! They're also very nice, efficient, and fast at this restaurant. I've never ordered online but every time I walk in, as the workers receive an order, they get started on making the order while the customers in line in the store is still being attended to. This is by far my favorite subway. What does the trick is the staff, theyre great. The manager cares and is always friendly to customers. Always clean, regardless of the high traffic they get. The only improvement I would want to see is less plastics use, but thats a commentary on the company as a whole that should use more sustainable materials. read more

I love Subway and this location is very close to my workplace. I have been here several times for breakfast and lunch. The food is always very good, but I can only give 3 stars due to a recent incident. I went here to get breakfast for myself and two other people this Sunday and last Sunday. This location opens at 9AM. The hours are on the door. Last week I got there at 8:50AM and walked around. At 9AM, nobody was in the store. At 9:05AM, a woman entered the store with a child and closed the door. About 5 minutes later she opened the door for business, 10 minutes late. This week, I arrived at 9:02AM and the store wasn't open. I saw the same woman inside the store, but she was setting up and never came to open the door. I don't want to sound like a difficult customer, but as a business owner myself, I feel it is important to be punctual in opening, especially when the hours are advertised on the door. I worked in food service in high school and college and the person who opened the store was always scheduled to come in early to get everything set up. I had to be at my office at 9:30AM this morning and was so frustrated by this that I went to the Subway on 8th Street. If it were not for the fact that I love Subway and have otherwise always received good service at this location, I would not even give 3 stars as I feel opening late is very unprofessional. I will continue to come to this location for lunch but will never again come on a Sunday. read more
