All of the food is very tasty - their Greek salad is craveable. The tomatoes are super juicy and cucumbers are peeled completely, add the grilled chicken and it comes with some warm & fluffy pita bread. The Greek potatoes are also super tasty as a side if you want to skip the fries. Positions are large and we have yet to find anything in the menu we wouldn't order again. Gyro, chicken souvlaki, baklava are all great! Santorini has reasonable prices and great fresh food!

But when I saw all the food they got I understood! This huge gyro comes with rice and a beautiful spinach pie! Definitely a complete meal and worth the money!

Their menu consists largely of Mac & Cheese, wraps, paninis and frozen custard. Being a Wisconsinite it really resonates with me. I get the classic "original" mac and cheese every time. It's always consistently good and it's still warm after my 20 minute drive home. They use a less common noodle that is quite large and the portion is generous too. The other menu item I'm always to is the shake of the week. They always have a different one and they're always good. Oh, and I have to mention their salads. Not for me, but my mother likes them as much a salad she gets anywhere else. Another thing I appreciate is the fact they have an app. An app for a local place isn't common in my experience. This makes it easy to order in advance so you can skip the line, skip the phone call and better still earn rewards. Finally, I have to commend a few of the guys who work here. Two gentlemen in particular who both are always pleasant and personable, which alone is commendable, but they've also both been there a few years. They both seem to be managers, but I'm not sure, though I wanted to recognize them. Both are older than the general staff and both are there various weekdays.

It was so flavorful that before I knew it, my sandwich was gone. And I can't forget the cookies -- they're homemade and always fantastic. Our server was attentive. I ordered the blackened salmon sandwich; one friend ordered the grouper cheeks tacos, and another friend ordered the lobster bisque soup and cajun barbecue shrimp. Overall it was a tasty and filling sandwich; you can see the portion size from the photo. I ordered the fries as the side option - nothing to write home about those, but they were slightly crispy. My friend enjoyed her grouper cheek tacos but did not care at all for her fries, which were soft and soggier than mine and she ended up leaving them uneaten on her plate. Grouper cheeks (we asked about them) are the actual cheek portion of the grouper fish, which apparently is a large fish. My other friend enjoyed her lobster bisque and the shrimp appetizer. I dipped one french fry in the shrimp sauce and it was yummy. I'd return to try that appetizer. We had a lovely lunch and overall enjoyed the food.

When his order came out, he received bacon which he DOES NOT EAT and have not in over 30 years. The man at the register who claimed to be the manager argued my friend down about what he heard. He continued to say I heard you say bacon. This frustrated me so badly because he was adamantly WRONG! I CLEARLY HEARD MY FRIEND SAY THAT HE WILL TAKE STEAK AND EGGS. AND I KNOW THAT HE DOES NOT EAT BACON SO WHY WOULD HE SAY THAT HE WANTED BACON??? THE MAN WAS INITIALLY TRYING TO MAKE HIM PAY FOR A WHOLE NEW MEAL. I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE AND I TOLD MY FRIEND NO! THAT IS NOT RIGHT. I TOLD HIM TO REQUEST A REFUND! THE MAN SAID HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE A REFUND BECAUSE HE HEARD HIM SAY BACON. HE DID NOT ORDER BACON. IN A JEWISH DELI...WHY ARE YOU EVEN SERVING PORK?????? HE WENT THERE WITH CONFIDENCE THAT IT WOULD BE KOSHER. My friend asked for the manager and the owner. The man told him he was the manager and to call the owner on Monday. Totally unacceptable! Totally unnecessary. I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. The focaccia is just so much bread for a sandwich. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes....
