Consistence is the key of their success - in their exquisite Asian flavors and great customer service. Their Asian food is never too salty, and never bland. If you got a little-miss-red-riding-hood in your family, she will make herself right at home in this wonderful restaurant where everything is "just right." I see tons of people coming in for their savory chicken dish, for their Pho dishes, for all of their Asian-meat-flavored sandwiches on a delicious croissant or light bread, and people flocking in here too especially for their dessert slushy drinks and boba teas. Here are the only two problems i can find with this place: 1. Their dining hall is a bit too small for their popularity; and can get crowded in here, but i see how many people get it "to go." 2. Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Firehouse Subs has so many good sandwiches that I really can't single out one for praise - I could go 10 times, never repeat, and love every one. And - this is important - they have the perfect sandwich size (MEDIUM unless you're starving) - unlike Subway, where your two choices are "too small" and "too big". These issues I experienced originally seem to be fully fixed. OLD REVIEW: I've visited the Longmont location - when it was busy - many times, and always had a great experience. So I told my daughter how great it was, and we went when it was so un-busy that we were literally the only people in the restaurant that didn't work there. With at least four employees present, you would think there would be time for cleaning, but apparently not. My chair was so dirty that I had to go wet a napkin to wipe off a big sticky spot. Looking around, there was food, napkins, etc., on the floor under almost every table. Overall dirty appearance, and nobody did anything about it the whole time we were there.
