Nice place. The food was good. Very good. But for a Greek place, meager portions. We ordered soup, salad and an entree each and walked away not really full. Of course it's our own fault as we don't eat puta bread. You could definitely fill up on bread here! The service was excellent and there is outdoor seating. If I could provide no stars I would! I visited this location last weekend in the mid day by a Hispanic male aged 30 + who was very rude. He was agitated when providing ingredients for the sandwich being prepared. At the time of completing the transaction he demanded that I process the coupon that was mailed to my address for discounted pricing. I informed him that the representative usually completes the final process of this transaction not the customer. He began to become aggressive and annoyed. I felt very uncomfortable during this experience. The beverage machine also was not powered on and I had to inform the agent of the issue. read more

The employee (Sikh) wasn't having a good day. Bad communication. I asked for shredded chicken & provolone not toasted. He toasted it anyways. Toppings weren't super fresh. Ever since adding their ordering kiosk, the process to get a sandwich has tripled in time. They are taking people who walk up to the counter and serving them first, even if you have ordered via the kiosk. It was a 25 min wait to get a sandwich using the kiosk. read more

Located near Sofi stadium. I was looking for a Chick-fil-A, but we stumbled upon this subway by accident on our way back to the hotel. I got a tuna sub to go and a large soda. Someone needs to really talk to him about customer service and RETRAIN HIM. I literally went inside to ask for a sheet of foil because they wrap so careless and I needed another and he just assumed I didn't buy anything like come tf on. Airport quick lunch: Subway sandwiches are many of my friends' go to sandwich as well as my go to for sandwiches especially when looking for a quick bite. Most locations are quite easy to access and parking is always available. But there is one Subway location just under a mile from LAX airport where you'd expect either no parking or very expensive parking since it is near an airport but I was very pleasantly surprised to see that actually had parking, and for free! Parking around LAX would easily cost you much more than your sandwich. And street parking has been severely curtailed due to to construction of the airport people mover aka train (due for service in late '23, or so they say). Anyway it's 30 minutes free parking, enough time for a quick bite. It's also next to Krispy Kreme and Coffee Bean if you also want a donut and coffee. Subway has recently changed its menu board and personally I feel it's an improvement. Their interiors were given a very nice refresh making it exciting, bright, clean, and airy. I ordered the Turkey sandwich but it had a fancy name that I cannot recall. But almost none of their sandwiches can go wrong. It just depends on your preference. The ingredients are always fresh and I like the variety of bread and dressings they have. So if you're looking for a quick bite at the airport this is a real good option. read more

I only came here because it was connected to our hotel's building, didn't have a car and didn't want to UBER/Lyft by myself at 10pm at night. Plainly so, I was tired and hungry (and so was my family). Period. So, I walked down excited to eat almost anything at this hunger state. I was thankful that Subway was still open. Sadly, the customer service was sub-par. I never expect too much out of a Subway in the customer service department. The lady working at the counter had the "do not care" attitude. However, I cared about what I was ordering, so I made sure that she was on it. I left there with a salad and a wrap, which was quite sufficient for me and my little family just to fill our bellies before bedtime. If you are staying at the H Hotel or the Homewood Suites (by Hilton) on Century Blvd/LAX area, this Subway is right around the corner from the hotel. They're open a bit later, so I was glad I got there just before they were ready to close. read more

I order my sandwiches online and they are always ready the time that they say. I prefer to put my mayonnaise on later when I eat the sandwich later. In the past they only had regular mayonnaise not the light like other subways have in little packets to go, so they would put some in a little container for me which I thought was very nice. However, today Valencia whom I see there every time, had ordered the light mayonnaise packets which I thought was great and much more convenient for me. The staff is always friendly but Valencia really stands out. I highly recommend using the app because it's very easy and you could add more or less of whatever you like and it's always spot on. I travel for business and often do not want to sit in a restaurant but just eat some thing in my room at my convenience. read more

Kind of pissed off. I came here for lunch because I didn't want to drive and was pressed for time. The ingredients aren't that fresh considering the heavy turn over rate from the airport traffic. The lettuce is normally white instead of the normal green. But that's not what I was pissed off about. My husband's wallet was stolen early today and I cancelled his card. When I went up to pay for my sandwich, my card was declined. Fine. What I didn't need was some smart ass commentary about how I must have done "too much shopping at the mall" from the cashier. So i now work next door so this is my regular lunch place. First time ther I was liek WHOA they have computers that take your order.. so Jetsons. But then i realized that they just dont want to talk to you adn if you ask them to change somethign that isnt an option on the computer that you're screwed. This is one of the only places to eat within walking distance of my work. It's Subway. It gets the job done. They will make anything into a salad. They'll chop the salad for you if you want. I'm on the road a lot and eat at Subway often. This is not my first time at this location. It is not a 24hr location so I was waiting for the open light to turn on. Never happened. Finally get inside and Subway (the chain) no longer makes the breakfast croissant bun. They only offer regular bread or flatbread. started making sliders on focaccia bread but have no breakfast slider. Went with the sponge type flatbread and the sandwich falls apart. Bring back the croissant or add a breakfast slider! Went to sit outside and every table (9 total) is filthy or on top of another table. It's a half hour later and the open light is still not on. read more

Today I got two foot-long subs: one for breakfast and the airport, and one to take on the plane. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Flatbread was very good!! Topped it with green peppers and fresh slices of great-tasting avocado. Excellent meal to start the day. Was filled up with just a half of it, so wrapped and saved the rest for later.
