I went to the counter and three employees on the other side of the counter turned their back to me, avoided eye contact, and whispered amongst themselves. Shortly another employee, arms full of cups, stood across from me. She didn't greet me, she just stood and stared. I took this as a cue to order. I ordered, paid, and got change. She didn't offer a receipt, I had to rip it off the printer myself. See included photo of the dinning room with all the tables covered with chairs and recessed lighting at the perimeter either non-functional or purposely turned off. It appears that all of this is to discourage walk-in customers.

After getting back home, the "coke" we received was actually a Diet Coke, they were already out of Dr. Pepper & we had to order something different, we were shorted the large order of seasoned potatoes, we received a small order instead of the medium potatoes, we didn't receive neither bacon egg & cheese biscuit, as stated above neither maple bacon chicken croissants, the sweet tea was almost as light as water, the "biscuits" & gravy - one of them was a croissant & gravy & all of them had about a tablespoon of gravy in each container - definitely not enough. This was the absolute worst service we've ever had at any restaurant! And your manager should not be a manager.
