They only had all the ingredients for 1 of the tacos (of course, it was the one that didn't sound good to me). They were out of slaw, but they did offer an extra side of fries or bread. The food was ok. We decided to try here because we don't have them at home and everyone says they are better than Canes. The sauce, yes! The rest of the food, not so sure. Definitely over salted food and my sandwich needed more sauce, it was very dry. I would be curious to see if these issues were because we came so late or if this is normal.

The 3 tenders and fries were seasoned very well and I enjoyed the Zac sauce, the best part of the meal was the banana pudding shake,it was delightful and the reason for the 4 stars. The restaurant itself could use a good mopping, the floors were sticky and the soda machine was out of many drinks.

The waffle batter has a subtle vanilla flavor and the breading on the chicken was light, crispy, not-dripping with oil and robust! The two elements work in perfect unison. Now, if they had sugar-free syrup - GOLD! The fried pickles were also tasty but as you made your way down through the bountiful portion, the grease factor became too much. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!…read more There's a woman that works the drive through and my girlfriend and I went and she asking us why we were smiling and laughing, like what does that mean. Idk if she through we where laughing at her or what but that was my first RED FLAG I came after a long day of work and I go through the drive thru and she starts cutting me off while I was ordering, then I hear a guy in the back ground making jokes and laughing about my order and he kept talking to the woman while she was taking my order that was my Second red flag so I drove off. I came back the same day just to see if she was still working and she wasn't so I got food and when I got home the food was made very poorly and it is was not worth the money that was my final red flag

We've eaten at this location several times thinking maybe they will improve, but we're convinced it won't. The food is usually pretty good, but today we ordered two turtle sundaes as a treat and were disappointed. There were barely any toppings which were oddly placed on the bottoms of the cups, and it seemed like we both were given smaller portions than usual. We can live with the portion size being a little off, but we're so over the negative attitudes of the employees here. We get it, we've worked fast food before, and so many patrons are simply not nice. But when you have paying customers who genuinely treat you with kindness, the very least you can do is fake a smile when you're taking their order. Bottom line: if crummy customer service doesn't matter to you, give this place a shot. Their food is good and they do seem to keep it mostly tidy (I get it, sometimes it's hard to do in fast food restaurants). But if you value customer service as much as your food, then go elsewhere. We certainly won't be back.
