I travel much, when on the road and locally, If restaurants get it wrong i make it a point to complain to make it right. People can make mistakes, but I have also found that some businesses do it so routinely it sometimes feels intentional. Like certain Chicken places and the pieces or quantity. One chain here in Lincoln is atrocious, so bad that it is rarely right, I ALWAYS check before I start the car to leave, 90% of the time have to go back in. It is very surprising how many times I have gotten the wrong order in drive-throughs, then gotten a hard time from managers/employees, even with receipts shortly after I got the food. As a matter of fact, I think it should be a practice for Drive-throughs to do more than just make it right..... Maybe an extra sandwich or something. It takes gas and time to got back and get orders corrected. But making it difficult to get the order corrected is a quick way to get me into serious mode.
