The owner greeted us shortly after we arrived and welcomed us to the restaurant. Our server appeared quickly and from placing our order to receiving our drinks and food, I think this is an all time record of the quickest turn around I have ever experienced! . Wow! They are efficient here. We ordered a Negro Modelo and classic margarita. One of the top margaritas I've had (and I've had a lot). I got it on the rocks with a salt rim. Not sure blended is an option but on the rocks is We ordered carne asada (steak) burrito and quesadilla al pastor. Both were delicious. The marinated steak was so flavorful. Yum! We were passing through on our way to the Grand Tetons so it's unlikely we'll be back, which is a shame. This restaurant was a hit for us. Oh, we also got these lollipops which were mango with chile flavoring. Love the chicken shape.

We stopped by for lunch around noon on a Saturday (college not in session, so low traffic). We have finally found out go-to restaurant in Lincoln, NE! We ordered the 4 Birria tacos, Elote corn, Birria Mac and Cheese, Birria Nachos and original horchata. It was all so delicious we decided to top it off with a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich for dessert. Honestly, I can't say which was my favorite. They were all different and terrific in their own way even though there was the same Birria meat in most items. The Birria broth was very good!!! We will be back!

Thin layer of supposedly rice but tasted more like boxed couscous that was microwaved. The sauce and the beef was oversalted. Lots of onion and cilantro. Over heavy onion. It wasnt cheap for that either. Wont be back. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before.

Although I love having the freedom and all the options of a self serve toppings bar, it felt somewhat unsanitary as a lot of the tongs had fallen into the tubs and people had to reach their hands in to grab the tongs and would touch the food along the way. I still enjoyed it though and ate happily, but it just didn't feel very sanitary lol. One of the hot sauces was extremely spicy and I'd say I have a pretty high spice tolerance, but it got me. The interior of tacos los hermanos is super cute and neon. The vibe is nice and fun to be in. I didn't get a chance to try their desserts, but I'd love to go back and try them sometime!
