After I picked Roe up from school today we went to subway in Lemoore. They weren't busy with customers but they were busy making fresh bread and had trays everywhere. Even as busy as they were we got the best service. Our food was really good too. I didn't get both employees names and I think Samatha was the one who rang us up. Ordered footlong tuna young girl with dark brown hair made it all tuna have Made order wrong girl even look at sandwich to make sure I didn't have jalapeños in my side and she marked it. Well I get home and I have jalapeño on mine so mad. Go back to see if they can try to fix their wrong since my special needs son ate the other half. Gross! Lady smacked a fly, and picked it out of the green peppers when it fell in there. Then continue making sandwiches. After confronting her on what she through away, she claimed it wasn't a fly and hesitated to finish my sandwich. Hesitated because she didn't couldn't do the right thing! Ordered sub online for easy pick up due to the fact that I only have 30 min lunch. Order was ready on time but when I got to work and started eating it noticed bacon was no cooked per employee all bacon is ready to eat it just wasn't warmed because I did not state to do so. Online app it dosent say would you like your bacon toasted I also paid extra my sandwich did not come with bacon originally. Called employee said they do not toast your bacon unless asked for im sorry but I am not eating this lol. read more

A teenage girl was working there around 8:30 on 6/14/2022. She was using condescending tones with costumers and telling them if they had it toasted it would use up HER TIME. The food is good I can't complain. The only thing I don't like about this place is the customer service. I come here 3 times a week because college is just a mile away from here. But I got to say SOME of the employees don't know what customer service is. The lady making my sandwich is rude 80% of the times I come here. As I'm sitting right now eating my salad I am hearing them argue screaming at each other while there are customers in line. I am usually loving subway. We come to this one because it's close to our house but lately they've just been going down in service. We went today and they had their service door propped open with a chair. This subway is extremely tiny so the open door really cut down on the space. It also gave a view of the back room which was very dirty. There was a Starbucks cup next to the boxes of food and trash and cell phones on the table. I just waved it off but as I was ordering my food, a fly landed on my sandwich after it was hovering for about 2 minutes. They didn't shoo it away until after it was on my sandwich. read more

They are pretty upbeat at this Subway, no one's soul has been crushed by the endless parade of sandwiches that existentially feed the endless onslaught of thrifty consumers who only have six dollars for food and taxes. Not all Subways are the same. This is a good one attached to a 7-11 with access from the interior of the Subway/7-11. Staff has always been friendly and are generous without having to beg for it. The location is convenient to the 41 and 198 freeways. Also a gas station with a lot of pumps. Just a great stop. read more

Love the sandwiches which is why I'll continue to go, but some of the employees are quite rude. I go at 7am and sometimes at noon and even fewer times after 6pm. It seems as though rudeness knows no time. The man who works there most often is the worst by far. read more

After completing a difficult algebra test today, I decided to go to Subway to gain back some strength. The fact that the Subway is located inside the Shell Station does not exactly say 5-star restaurant. I walk up to the dirty glass window and an older woman asks what I would like. My favorite sandwich is a foot long turkey breast on Italian Herb and Cheese. So of course that is what I order. She reached back and grabbed half a loaf, I had to correct her that yes I am hungry and want a foot long. As we moved along to the vegetables I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, and olives. After that I told her I wanted mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, and pepper. She added onions and forgot the mayonnaise even though I had repeated my order several times. I walked away from the register looking for a place to sit. Every table had crumbs or something smeared across it so I decided that I would rather just go back to school to eat. Overall the food is fresh and delicious, but the service and cleanliness could be better. read more
