I rarely review fast food restaurants since it's kind of a last minute pickup spot when you're hungry and need something fast. However, I have been using the Subway app to order lately and I have found 9/10 it's the worst sandwich ever when you're not standing there watching them make it. I've tried 8 different Subways using the app and every time it has been a stale sandwich with TONS of dressing that's oozing everywhere and little to no toppings. I was very pleasantly surprised with this location! I was driving through town and starving. It was the only place that looked remotely appetizing that was quick. I placed my order through the app and was worried it'd end up like the other ones, but it was my only option. My order was ready in 12 minutes despite them having a long line. The employees were so young but so responsible, they handled the crazy line and pickup orders like pros. The Subway was very clean and they even made sure I had plenty of napkins. 10/10!!! Service is shit. Manager needs to be replaced. Can't come to the business without being told that the lobby is closed due to "staffing issues" and lack of employees. Holds no responsibility or motivation for being a Subway employee. Closes early and complains that she does not have enough workers to keep the lobby open. Talk about a horrible experience. I asked for extra pickles on one sandwich and normal pickles on another and the quantity of pickles was the same on both sandwiches. The ambiance that she expressed was total disregard for customers. Subway please remove the current manager and replace that garbage with someone who actually cares about the business and wants to be there. She was smoking and conversating outside with a customer saying she was closed due to lack of employees. We were coming through town on our way to Spokane. We were a few minutes before they were supposed to open at 9:00. There were obviously two employees already there but we decided to go get gas and come back. When we came back it was 9:10 and we watched another person enter through the front door and immediately got out to go in thinking It was a customer and now open, but it was still locked and lights off with now three people inside. We decided to call them and no one answered the phone. This is ridiculous and we will never stop here again. read more

Called to order a standard order from us for delivery. Their app won't let us order from 3 miles away but we see delivery to Pinehurst 6 miles minimum constantly. Phone connection lousy. We tried to stop at this Subway the night before but it was closed even though it was during their open hours posted. We went back the next day for lunch and Wow! There was only one employee working and she was awesome and working as fast as she could. She had drive-through and online orders and the inside had a long line that wrapped the entire inside. My heart went out to tat poor employee as she told all of us we had to wait so she could get some online orders done. What kind of owner allows this to happen!!!??? The owner should have been there themself or closed it again. I understand an employee shortage but this was simply cruel to the loyal, hardworking employee that showed up. They also lost most of their business they could have had today to McDonalds. read more

worst fast food location I've ever been to... genuinely. Brother and I both got food poisoning an hour after eating here. The wrapping job on the sandwiches was atrocious on top of that- they were falling apart in the bag. Staff was cold and unpleasant as well. ruined subway altogether for me. read more

I waited in a long line inside for the lunch rush because I was told at the drive thru to expect a long wait. Most of the patrons in line were NOT wearing masks, which are requested, not required, for entrance into the store. If this is how this establishment respects COVID-19, then I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I walked here after having to unexpectedly spend the night in Kellogg. We arrived in the evening, but within the posted business hours to find that the employee had started closing almost 30 minutes early. We went to the door to ask if they were still open, but she ignored us! She even made eye contact once so we knew that it was intentional. I can't remember the last time that I was ignored at a place like this. I would not recommend. read more

Didn't even get in the front door. 8:10pm the girl inside the shop was closing up and clearly saw us, but ignored us. We had walked ~15 mins from our hotel so this was frustrating as we assumed they would close at 8:30pm when the website and the sign on the door said they would. read more

Just came for lunch ladies were SO polite and even was okay with me being so indecisive! Definitely will be back.

Lady who runs this place is really cheap. My wife ordered the chop salad, which at other Subways has always been brimming with veggie goodness. This one barely filled the bowl, had about 4-5 olive slices, mostly iceberg lettuce (as opposed to more premium spinach) and we had to ask her to add more tomatoes to the single slice she had placed on top. Skimping on ingredients shows. Might have saved a penny but costs dollars in lost customers. Not going back there. read more
