There was one guy working the front line. One lady work in the register and another one cooking gentlemen in the front line was fast and efficient and friendly. The food was cooked and it was a typical Chipotle experience. I'm not saying it was great, but I'm not saying it was worthy of a one star review. I'd rate it on average with other Chipotle experiences I've had - I'm not expecting fine dining. I'm expecting fast - decent quality- friendly service and that's what we got!

Clean inside. Friendly, helpful, patient service. Not busy on a Saturday afternoon. Restroom was clean. The food was... okay. Kid K got a kid's meal and liked it. Fresh apple chunks, decent chicken nuggets. She swapped out a fancy new swirly strawberry Frostie and liked that. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was... edible. Blah bun, processed chicken, spicy in that cheap one-note way. Huge lettuce stalk, small tomato. Sustenance. Wendy's is losing the chicken sandwich war. Even McD's is better, but if you want a really good one you should of course go to a chicken place. The fries were good, better than I remember theirs being way back. Price was reasonable. Two stars for the food, four for the service and atmosphere.

Honestly, I never knew they did bfast and was really excited coming into this clean establishment. Now that we tried it... It's Hardee's bfast so keep expectations realistic. Honestly wouldn't ever spend as much as I did with the quality of food provided. Tried their frisco- obviously not as pictured but it was "warm and toasty"; cheese helped as the meat was not great. Sausage and egg biscuit and French dip platter were good. Eggs were like McDonald's eggs but their sausage crumbled as soon as you took a bite. Reminded me of the texture of soft dog food. I was struggling between the Loaded burrito and loaded omelette biscuit. Burrito looked FULL of yummy protein; it was not. I tried to drench in hot sauce and other attempt with picante sauce as the tortilla was barely warm. It was gross. I mean, a picture is worth a thousand words so check those out. The cashier was nice. Many attempts to upgrade; she asked each time I placed our order and asked if we'd like their desserts, so she's doing her job and appreciate her asking as sometimes I do forget. I wouldn't recommend this place for bfast and would only stick to their burgers.

Customers definitely inconvenienced her. She said her name was Melissa, and claimed that she was the store manager, when I asked to speak to one. Hubs and I ordered. We spent at least five minutes ordering because Melissa "the manager" couldn't figure out how to --fries + hush puppies and add on 1 pc of fish on the register. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for the order afterwards, and of course when we went to eat in the truck it was incorrect in our bag and didn't even have one napkin. But despite that, I ate a little over half of a piece of fish and then bit into what tasted like a chunky fish flavored piece of rubber. Not only could I not bite through it, I couldn't tear it apart with my hands either. It was a tough call whether it was even worth walking back in to complain, but since it was completely inedible, I did. The "manager", Melissa was arguing with another lady as she was ringing her up, and I couldn't help but overhear her smarta$$ attitude. When she finally acknowledged me and I picked the fish up to show her, she picked up every other piece of fish and chicken and began pulling it apart to see if anything was wrong with them. So, let me get this straight, Manager Melissa, I bring all of my food, minus 3/4 pc of 1 fish and my receipt from less than 5 minutes before, I got absolutely no apology, and you tried to make me feel like I inconvenienced you by walking in LJS at all. I highly doubt that "Melissa" is actually a manager at all, but I will be checking it out. The receipt had the worker name Alexander on it. My husband had to pull over for me sooooo many times today on our way home because my stomach is tore up from the floor up. It's hard to get treated for food poisoning during the COVID pandemic. By far this is the absolute worst fast food experience that I've ever had. The other people waiting for their food were discussing how rude she was, and a heated exchange happened between 3 customers and Melissa "the manager" as I stood there. No one has it easy, and we all have bad days. I give you my word....a kind word and a smile can make a huge difference in someone's day. In summary.....don't act like an ass!

The onion rings were excellent. My wife had the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, dressing and gravy. This was her go to favorite years ago and she said it was as good as she remembered. Service was really good. I think we will be dining at Bob's again in the near future.
