Service was so bad girl at the ordering window took 30 minutes to get are order "her manager had to come bc of are large order then we get it paid for and we pull up to get are food we get all are food but we got four sauces to feed 6 people so we ask for more and the girl rolls her eyes just for sauce like are you kidding me then she proceeded to walk 2 feet away to get sauce we didn't get all of are food asked for a 20 piece nugget didn't get that . Almost everyone I know refers to this exit as "Jeffersonville" or the Jeffersonville Outlet" - but a little known fact is that it is the exit for the village of "Octa" named for Miss Octa Barnes way back in the 1800s! I generally think of this as the (almost) halfway point between Cincinnati & Columbus. A good place to get out and stretch your legs, hit a restroom, and maybe get some refreshments! There is a great TA Truckstop across the street (US Route 35) from this McDonalds which I'm particularly nostalgically fond of - however, on this particular trip south to Kentucky I choose this McDonalds franchise. The drive-thru line moves quite efficiently - as you will note they do have a couple stations to pull vehicles into where you wait on your order, while the rest of the line keeps moving. This is actually very helpful in keeping the whole thing moving at a good pace. It a McDonalds franchise, so you'll find everything that has come to be expected from this well mown fast food eatery. It was fine. Sustenance, and a potty break. Ordering from the kiosks is annoying when there are employees right there. It asked me to upgrade for .$90, without telling me what the upgrade was. Baby K got a Happy Meal, of course, and liked it. I got a spicy chicken combo and, it was okay. Smallish. Sloppily assembled. The draw here was the playplace, and it was empty, and Baby K loved it. Shoes off, please, though the signage for that is hard to find- read all the rules. Handy off the highway. A nice pit stop. Not my first choice, but of course a kid's first, usually. read more

This McDonald's is just off I-71 in front of the Jeffersonville (Destination) Outlet Mall. Convenient on and off of I-71. For a high-traffic location, the restaurant was VERY CLEAN, the staff was prompt and efficient and our food was served hot and fast. I had my typical McDonald's meal - a quarter pounder with fries and a diet Coke. My meal was truly up to McDonald's standards and was what I expected. The fries were exceptional. My wife tried their "new" crispy chicken sandwich with bacon. She said the sandwich DID NOT live p to the hype. The chicken was "so-so" and the bacon was the only redeeming part of the sandwich. read more

Emily at the cash register was very nice and friendly and handled our promo code quickly. The owner needs to pay more attention to the restrooms. Food is typical McDonalds, but the speed is not. I stop here several mornings on my way to work, and even when I'm the only car in the drive thru it takes them 2-4 minutes to prep a McGriddle and a hash brown. Every, single, time. I've never been able to get in and out of this location in less than 5 minutes. read more

I just can't blame the place for affordable, tasty meals. McDonald's is the epitome of consistency. It tastes as expected just about wherever you go. I don't normally take the time to rate large chain fast food type places, but I made a point to review this one, after receiving some attentive and congenial service. My date and I recently stopped here for a bathroom break during a cross state trek. She is a vegetarian and ordered a pretty unconventional burger-less burger. The gentleman that took the order also took the care to remind his cooks that they were doing something different. Despite his efforts, someone else on the team misplaced the order (I think they threw it away wondering why there weren't any patties). The guy at the counter still stuck with it and had the order remade in a timely fashion. To compensate for the mistake he gave us a couple pies free of charge and was friendly throughout the transaction. Long story short, the team here seemed to go the extra mile and the effort was much appreciated. read more

This McDonald's is the cleanest and most up to date I've ever been too. They have a very clean play gym for the kids and the ordering system here is great they have their normal lines as well as ordering kiosk that you can order from too. Crayons and coloring books at every table is great for the littles. staff is very assisting and nice!, clean from the floor to bathrooms. They must have really great management here!. Horrendous service. Rushed through the drive through to pull along side the prior 4 cars while we all waited for food as they continue to take orders. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and nuggets that were terrible- went straight into the garbage! read more

The new McDonald's dining experience is here. Now you can order your food at a kiosk touch screen covered in crud. Once you've finally found everything and added it to your cart, your checkout will error out and you'll have to wait in line anyway to pay. After that, you just take your number to your table and wait for 30 minutes while wondering if your order was forgotten. My daughter went to Chipotle, got her food, came back here to McDonalds and ate it long before our food arrived. On a positive note, the employees were all very friendly and nice. I don't blame them, they are all working hard. It's McDonalds that's at fault here for this circus of a setup. read more

Just wasted time and money at this Mcdonald's location. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin and a coffee. The woman had a hard time hearing me which isn't her fault so it took a while to order. I finally got my sandwich and opened it to make sure it was right and there was a HAIR right on the egg. The parking lot is awful! Went down the wrong way! Over the drive thru headset you can hear the employee complaint how she is not the headset when she was supposed to be on the counter. Then we ask for a water and she says just yell it at the counter. It's not enough even 7 am and they are slow and rude. Get it together. read more

We stopped on our way to Cincinnati we waited for over 20 minutes between getting to order window and food window. The order taker didn't even understand his menu. It took multiple times for him to understand what we wanted. It was not anything outrageous. All we wanted a med black coffee, sausage McMuffin without egg. And egg McMuffin. Order taker didn't know the difference between and English muffin and egg McMuffin. After charging me for the egg McMuffin I got the English muffin and they messed up my husbands coffee and put cream in it. This location needs so much help it will never get to mcDonalds standards. read more

It's McDonald's. If you pull in by the sign that says welcome you will find yourself going down the wrong side to park. Perhaps that sign would be better served to read EXIT. Employee was so rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to help us. My sisters card didn't work due to the distance from our hometown bank and so she went out to the car to get cash and the employee made a big deal about it, instead of just clearing the order and helping the next person she made a big deal about having to wait and was openly bad mouthing about it to the employee beside her. I understand it was an inconvenience, but my sister was more than willing to just get back in line so that she didn't hold anyone up, and it's really indecent to talk about a customer like that right there in front of others. She then preceded to get on her phone right there. Food was as good as McDonald's can get but customer service is a big part of any experience. If you're going to make people feel unwelcome and uncomfortable then you shouldn't have a job up front. read more
