It's not terrible…read more The burger was cooked well, and looked good. The problem is that the burger itself had no taste. And the bun was just a plain bun. Throw some salt & pepper on the burger, butter and toast that bun, and this would be a pretty good burger. As it is now....it's just ok. The haystack fried onions were a little greasy and a little cold, but I'm sure they were cold because of the inconsiderate person in front of me wanting the staff to get her all kinds of extra condiments & a plastic bag for everything. For any newbs to eating at Hollywood Gaming, you place your order at the counter, then wait for your order # to come up on the screens around the food court. When your # comes up, you go to the pickup counter and wait behind other idiot customers while your food gets cold. Also, the menu is limited. Not all of the items listed on their website are available here. Bottom Line....if you happen to be at the casino, and don't want to wait for a seat at Skybox, and have have low expectations for your burger, this is your place. If you want a delicious burger, 5 Guys is a couple miles down the road

Disappointed and underwhelmed - not what I expected from the Wahlberg name…read more Took my wife to Wahlburgers tonight hoping for a casual but quality burger night. Unfortunately, it ended in disappointment on several fronts. The burger I ordered came out dry, overcooked, and lacked the juiciness and flavor you'd expect from a restaurant with this kind of branding. For a place founded by a celebrity chef and backed by a famous family, I expected more than what felt like fast food disguised as a dine-in experience. The atmosphere didn't help either--basic, borderline sterile, and more reminiscent of a mall food court than a trendy burger joint. There's a big difference between casual and uninspired, and sadly, this leaned heavily toward the latter. With so many fantastic burger options out there--I'm looking at you Five Guys --I can't see myself coming back. Two stars: one for serving beer, and one because at least the tots were decent.

The last time I went there, the cashier went to the grill and put something on my burger that made me sick for days. They were both cooked WELL in advance, under heat lamps, dried out and tough. Absolutely SUCKED. The Taco Bell side is always good. No prob there. I'm thinking that they just don't have a clue about hold times for pre cooked food, or how not to fry something until it is basically fish jerky. So, the crab cakes sucked, the fish sucked, but the nachos were good. If you get decent long john silvers at this location, it is just by coincidence that you ordered it right when they were pre-cooking their food. I have NEVER EVER had decent long john silvers here.
