Parmesan Truffle Fries had that perfect crispy thin outer shell and meaty inner potato heaven. Truffle level was satisfactory and not lacking (but could always do more). Food was fresh, table water was cold (thankfully) with an orange slice, & employees friendly. I did sit for about 10-15 minutes not eating anything due to needing a box and I had to initiate asking for one instead of it being offered. I love being left alone to eat, but don't forget about me! I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was very good. Brioche bun, pickles bacon, hot sauce this was one good sandwich. Had a nice amount of heat but not crazy hot (jalapeños is about my max heat level). My wife had a chicken salad with a nice amount of chicken on it. Throw some salt & pepper on the burger, butter and toast that bun, and this would be a pretty good burger. As it is now....it's just ok. Unfortunately, it ended in disappointment on several fronts. The burger I ordered came out dry, overcooked, and lacked the juiciness and flavor you'd expect from a restaurant with this kind of branding. For a place founded by a celebrity chef and backed by a famous family, I expected more than what felt like fast food disguised as a dine-in experience. The atmosphere didn't help either--basic, borderline sterile, and more reminiscent of a mall food court than a trendy burger joint. There's a big difference between casual and uninspired, and sadly, this leaned heavily toward the latter. With so many fantastic burger options out there--I'm looking at you Five Guys --I can't see myself coming back. Two stars: one for serving beer, and one because at least the tots were decent.
