We came for a grinch meal because they just came out. The lady working the drive thru had a horrible attitude when we pulled up and as we were looking at the menu she repeated herself in an obvious annoyed tone so we decided to leave and her attitude immediately improved. My fiance went to pick up our online order, the lady at the window was super rude and unprofessional. She didn't even make eye contact with him when handing him his food. She closed the window before he could tell her they forgot to give us an extra 10 piece we ordered so he sat there and waited for her to open the window again. She gave him an attitude and said "it isn't in the box" he checked and said no. Then she said "well I need to see your receipt. The manager came over and yelled for them to make another 10 piece and the girl at the window just stood with her arms crossed up against it while the manager helped us. She needs to find a different job! read more

The issues I have with this McDonalds: - Its filthy. I've gone inside multiple times and there have been flies swarming the trash cans, and trash is overflowing. - its inconsistent. Most of the time they never have any items you ask for. Including various food and drinks. I even just asked for a COKE before and they didn't have that. It was 2019 and you cant get a coke at a mcdonalds? Management must not give a damn AT ALL. I'm from Seattle and was in town visiting family. While I was there I ate at this location. There was a young man named Cody that really made an effort to make a connection. He seemed genuinely interested in making my visit great. Everything from the smile to fixing an issue I had with my burger not being made correctly (I may have forgotten to ask for no onions ) The issue was handled promptly. No attitude. No eye roll. It even was handed back with a smile. It's nice when you feel appreciated as a customer. What a shame! 15-20 years ago this was a well kept and run McDonalds. I remember when Newton Falls first got this place. It was a big deal! Not so much these days. As others have said, it doesn't matter what you get, when you get it, if you go in or through the drive-thru, you are going to wait and then wait some more. Then you absolutely have to check your order because after waiting so long they forget what you ordered and give you whatever they think is right. And beyond that, everything is sloppily put together and I don't think anyone working there knows that they are allowed to season the burgers and fries. Yes you can tell. The parking lot is always a mess with trash overflowing, weeds growing in the flower beds and the building itself is a mess. If you do go inside, don't expect a clean experience. I decided to try going in after having a terrible drive-thru experience. The floors are sticky and grimy, tables aren't cleared, garbage overflowing and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. And smells like it too. The workers could careless and take no pride nor do the managers. It really is a shame because at one point you could go in here and have a decent, friendly visit and not want to take an acid bath after leaving. I tried it twice after moving back to the area. That was enough. No more. ***Update*** Back in-town for the 4th of July and we always sit on the corner right by McDonald's. A few people wanted coffee so I offered to run in. Flies everywhere, literal black dirt and grime by the entrance and counter along with a pothole filled drive-thru! Look at the pictures I posted! Disgusting! I didn't think it could get worse! I live right around the corner from here so conscience is the only reason I would go. It takes 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. And the order is usually wrong. The inside is absolutely disgusting. Your feet stick to the floor and the bathrooms are just as bad. I was waiting at the counter for my food and the drive thu worker dropped a pop for the customer coming up to the window and spilled it. He just put the cap back on and served it anyways. Worst McD's ever. I've lived here 8 years and have never had a good meal yet. 90% of the time you can't get a shake cause the machine is always broken. The girl who I'm guessing was the manager didn't seem to even try and take control of the situation. I waited 15-20 min for a cheeseburger! In this time an old lady who was the only one worth a dang go to fill the ice on the pop machine. She lifted the lid up and I noticed there was mold all over the lid! Swear to god! Went this morning to the drive through only because the Arby's is closed for remodeling. They told me they could only sell coffee for cash through the drive through. I had to go inside to order anything else what a joke. The parking lot is like the surface of the moon you need a 4X4 just to traverse the parking lot. This is the worst McDonald's on this side of the state. You can go there when there is only 1 car in front of you or you can go when there are 10 cars, you always have to wait even if your just getting a coffee. Also check your food before you leave the drive up window. 50 percent chance they got your meal wrong and you have someone else's food. read more
