Used the App. After 20 minutes the app said it was ready. After walking in door and asking for them is they even started making them. Had to wait another 8 minutes. Then they added onions when they were not suppose to. This is the second time I've had issues with order here. read more

Today, 9/12/19, I went into Subway for lunch and had a very unpleasant and demeaning experience. Everything was superb until I went to pay for my sandwich. While paying, I had to deal with a very rude and unfriendly employee named Chuck. I presented a coupon I had for the meal I was getting, but came to find out the actual price of the meal was $2 more than what it said on the coupon. I asked him why this was and rather than giving a nice and friendly explanation, he outrageously said "Well, you have to know how to read." Not only was this distasteful comment rude, it was unnecessary. People like this should not be able to represent a business, and I certainly will not come back until people who actually know how to handle customers are present in this subway store. read more

after waiting 20 minutes, two people out front working and two in the back doing absolutely nothing, employee grabs ticket for five sandwiches and tells me to be patient, I asked if they could have somebody from the back come help, and he said please be patient I will never eat there again! read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I feel as if this is IMPORTANT!! I've only ordered food at this location a couple times and each visit I wished I had gone to the subway up the street in the Walmart. To start off the employee David was not only rude but I'm certain he was UNDER THE INFLUENCE such as falling asleep at the register where I had to wake him up two times! He got my order wrong and made a smart remark when I asked him to add extra sauce. I've also noticed that the majority of the time the lettuce is EXPIIRED looking or not properly taken care of...I wish this location can make the changes that are necessary so I can enjoy one of my favorite sandwich spots. read more

Usually I have no complaints about this place but today I'm very upset with them. When I usually order the spicy Italian sub I get the sauce with it but this time I got no sauce and when I asked for it and I got told that sauce is only for one special sub. I will not be going back to this location I'll just go the extra few minutes and either go to the one in umatilla or Walmart where they know how to add sauces to their subs. read more

I like subway, but I wish they had more than two employees, maybe that easy they can keep the place cleaner, today it was full of flies.

They are lazy they should work from the time they open to close! At 9:40 I got to subway and I checked in the Internet and they said they closed at 10 pm and they had 10 min till close time they totally had time to make a sub it would have taken only 5 mins!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. I got a black forest ham on flat bread and couldn't even eat the thing. First they put very hot peppers on the sandwich I didn't ask for. Then there was so much mayo it was like soup and the bread was torn up and falling apart. When my son called to complain the lady was very rude and told him if we didn't like it not to return.
