During recent visits, the kitchen and counter staff were actively arguing with one another in full view and earshot of customers. Instead of focusing on filling orders accurately, employees were bickering over basic tasks like refilling the lobby machines and taking counter orders. It is completely unprofessional to watch staff treat each other poorly while customers are waiting for food. Furthermore, the communication here is non-existent. Staff members regularly ignore customers standing at the counter or redirect you to someone else who doesn't know what's going on. When management fails to train their team or keep order behind the counter, it creates a hostile environment for everyone in the lobby. The owner or corporate needs to step in immediately, look at the recent afternoon shift dynamics, and completely retrain this crew.
