They tried to serve one of the three items I ordered to the table I was waiting at but I reminded them it was to go. It then took over 30 minutes for the other two items I ordered to be ready. Meaning my first item was cold before the rest of the order was ready. No one explained the checkout process and I was left with no bill or instructions and my cold food. Took it home and had to reheat in the oven. Really wasn't impressed with the quality of the food either. A lot of trouble for a lot of money and some mediocre pizzas.

If you use the app, you build points for free pizzas and you have access to special deals. It is just important to try to never use delivery. They charge like a $3.99 delivery fee and then also expect you to tip the driver. It is really a rip off. My mom lives out of town and I have to have hers delivered and by the time I order her several items, it is always over $40.00. Picking up your order saves so much money and you can take advantage of their great deals making it so reasonable. The only problem I have had here in Heber Springs is that sometimes my thin crust pizza is over cooked and the crust can be hard and even a little black in areas, so they need to pay more attention to this. I also would like a little more sauce on mine, but overall I am pleased.
