The pizza was obviously not fresh, and barely warm. When I asked to get a discount on this order, since I shouldn't expect to pay full price for old pizza I was told the manger wasn't working, and nobody at the store could offer a refund or even give a credit for a future order, with the assumption we would even be ordering again. The best thing they could do is say I could call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. Terrible customer service! **UPDATE** - Brandon, the district manager, reached out to me by message on Yelp, and then called me to talk about my experience, and asked what he could do to make it right. I was very thankful for his kind response and understanding the frustration we had, and validating them. It made all the difference in the situation and was exactly what I was looking for originally from the person on the phone at the store. Thank you Brandon for the phone call and listening.

My wife will be calling management in the morning but I'll never order from them again especially delivery.

After eating nearly all her soup, she discovered a thick piece of what appeared to be plastic at the bottom of the cup. As if that weren't disgusting enough, she then found a long strand of hair in her sandwich. The rest went straight into the trash. Two foreign objects in one order is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control. I've attached a photo of what was found in the soup. Management really needs to address this.
