Food was Ok service needs to be worked on. People behind the food bar could be alot more personable. Not the Subway we have in Dunkirk.

Beware...the crowds are big and the lines are long. But...it's worth the wait!! At the bottom is a medium sized cube of slightly warm shortcake. It is moist, sweet and slightly firm. The top of the cake has a thin layer of almost crispy granulated sugar - more sweetness! The bowl is piled high with fresh, lush, red strawberries. Some sweet, most firm and a little juicy. A good sized dollop of vanilla soft serve and whipped creme lay on top. The combination is delicious! It easily feeds more than one dessert lover for about $9.50. Strawberry Shortcake marks the start of spring season. Make a special trip to Upland to visit Ivanhoe's if you have never been there!

We decide to turn around and reorder but was told that they now served lunch. Ok fine. So I said well let me get two plain whoppers with cheese and that I'm not mad about the breakfast sandwiches but in the future don't charge customers full price for something that doesn't have everything on it. Ok now I get my food. To my surprise it had everything on it a burger could hold. Ok this is starting to irate me. I return for a third time and my father had to ask once again for our order of two plain whoppers with cheese. Ok finally we get our food right? Well the Burger King decided to not only impose another tax on us again and charge us full price for the two regular whoppers (as in the plain whopper with cheese is cheaper than a regular whopper because of toppings) but gave us NO CHEESE AT ALL. We decided we had endured enough of the burger kings tyranny and will now complain online about it as my Declaration of Independence of never going there again. I also never got a refund for my bacon. P.S for two refrigerated bacon-missing breakfast sandwiches, 3 overcooked hash brown bites, and 2 plain crap-on-a bun burgers costed us a grand total of 35 dollars!! The coke was good though.

Walking in is like walking into a museum of sorts. Gas station memorabilia alongside coke memorabilia etc. has you stepping back in time. Housed in what looks like an old gas station, this place drips of nostalgia. Ordering at the counter before being seated, we were waited on by a cheerful young woman who didn't make us feel rushed. It had been five years since we had last been, so we needed a refresher course. We ordered the Cammack Cheesy Jalapeño Burger on Texas toast each. Husband had loaded tots with cheese and chili and I opted for a side of onion rings. My mom had the pulled pork on Texas toast and onion rings. Dad had the breaded tenderloin with sweet potato fries. The food was phenomenal. The onion rings were fresh and plentiful. The tots were delicious. The burger? Spicy and extremely tasty! Everything was perfect. The marshmallow cokes just added to it all. Yum! Husband had the peanut butter explosion for dessert. Frozen custard, softened peanut butter, Reese's Pieces and peanut butter cups topped with cream and a cherry. A must try. I chose the one scoop sundae with hot fudge and peanuts. Excellent. While this restaurant may be a little out of the way, it is most definitely worth the trip! Highly recommend!

I was told that pretty much everything is great here, and that's true. I ordered quite a few things, and I loved all of them. The Cammack Cheezy Jalapeno was what jumped out at me first (a burger with cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and jalapeños). It's not spicy at all, but it does have a nice kick. The cream cheese mellows things out, so it's a nice, flavorful burger. I also got the loaded cheese fries, because I couldn't help myself. The fries came topped with barbecue pork, but I could have chosen chili or bacon. But why would I have? Pulled pork is always the right choice. The fries were good and cheesy, and had a lot of pulled pork on them. This is the part of the review where I tell you that you need to order your food and sweet treats at separate counters. Because I didn't know that! I ordered a root beer float and a banana split from one counter, and they were waiting for me at another counter. I didn't know that sweet treats should be ordered and picked up at the ice cream counter, but now you know. You're welcome. This is diner food at its finest. Lots of fried things and malts and burgers and stuff. Definitely come for the food, because it's great. But also come for the decor and atmosphere. Cammack Station is like stepping back into the 1950s, in the best way.
