I also saw the B & G combo options and ordered BURNT hash browns only hoping for at least light brown. Usually, when I order burnt and very crispy the restaurants can't seem to honor my special instructions. This great place served me EXACTLY what I requested. Ironically, two ladies at the next table got my attention to inquire what I was eating? When I explained it was burnt hash browns per my request they both said they love them burnt too. Within minutes my table, and the table next had three lovely crispy brown orders of hash browns! My server was quite friendly and attentive. And, since Jim is stepping outside of his comfort zone, I ordered 2 cookies instead of a bag of chips that I'd probably save for later anyway.
