I made an online order for my husband and I for dinner and I was to pick it up. when we got home we opened the sandwiches. my husband's sandwich was a mess! Was not custom like he had indicated call the store they said to throw away the sandwiches come back and they make us a new one when we got there they refuse to make us a new one. Very mid subway. I have went here numerous times and every time the bread is way too thick. The subway in live is always has good bread so I don't know what's up here. Staff are nice though so that's a plus, but are very weird with the veggies and meat with weird proportions. read more

I am very disappointed in our sandwiches we ordered. The bread was so hard you could barley bite into it which is one of my favorite things about subway is the fresh soft bread. There was little to no mayo or any condiments that I ordered on either of our sandwiches. I will not be returning to this location. I hope they fix the problem soon. The employees seemed to irritated when we came in to pick up our order. No greetings nothing just a blank stare. I guess we are all irritated now, except we are still hungry. read more

Horrible service she didn't even let me speak . She asked if I wanted mustard I said yes, before I could say anything she just put regular mustard when I wanted hunny mustered. I also asked for avocado and she left pieces of the skin in my sandwich. When I came into this local subway I ordered myself a salad as, As well as a foot-long for my niece and daughter. After I sat down, I realize I didn't have a fork I ask the ladies if they had a fork. Will not be returning to subway due to the young staff being beyond rude because they chose to be lazy............... February 19th around 245 in the afternoon I had called this store to place an order and nobody answered and I tried 3 times..... so my girlfriend and I decided to go there cause we figured they must be busy especially because they aren't answering the phone. We walk in and they are laying on the couch on their phones! So I said "oh now I see why nobody answered the phone. "We tell the girl what sandwich we wanted and she didn't listen cause we had to tell her three times and she then said "we don't have to serve you " I then said " it's not our fault that you aren't listening as we speak as we have already stated everything you are asking all over again! This isn't ok to treat customers like this and I would like to know your managers name ." Then the other girl said "we don't have a manager" . Ridiculous! No respect whatsoever and I own a business in the same town and if I had employees that acted that way and lad on couches instead of working they would not have a job. read more

Its subway the sandwhiches are decent the same no matter where you are and for the most part affordable. I managed to get lunch-6in and a drink for less than $5 and it was good service was pretty fast and the place was clean. read more

Girls charged us 3:00 extra for a ham and cheese, just for the ham that was supposed to be included on the sandwich. We pointed this out that it was clearly included and they would not even look at the the menu. She insisted on calling her manager but instead of paying any attention to us she apparantly was babysitting her kids who were running around. She then got another phone and was texting on it while waiting for the manager to answer. All this time, neither she nor her coworker would look at us. After a long wait she pulled 3.00 out of the register and handed it to us without a thank you, apology or anything. By the way we did not ask for extra meat which is offered, just what is advertised to be on the sandwich. By the time we got home, sandwiches were cold and tasted terrible. Spent a lot of money there but never goin back. Have never had a bad experience there before, but there are a lot better places to eat in Gridley. Management Train your people how to read the menu and how to give good customer service. read more
