I love the food. They can be slow as others pointed out. I've never had an issue with the quality of the food just sometimes the accuracy. They've messed my order up multiple times but have made it right by offering me comp meals. Can't complain. read more

OSHA needs to do a stop here! Someone needs to report the owner/manager. They don't put on their AC for their employees or customers. It's absolutely boiling hot in there. We are out working, stopped into get grab a quick snack. The employees are nice. Super friendly and I feel so bad for them. Nobody needs to work in those temperatures. It's May and it's around 90 degrees outside. Inside this Burger King is 100 at least and I'm not being dramatic. Turn on the Ac For your customers and employees you cheapo!!This is against OSHA LAWS! read more

People who work here are always real nice no matter what. Any time I get a mobile order it's there on time waiting for me. Thanks for the help all these years! Good BK right off the 99. They prolly help so many people everyday. read more

20 minutes in the drive thru, 2 cars. Forgot my drinks, forgot my sauces, forgot the extra fries I ordered and my 4 piece nugget came with 3 nuggets and one chicken fry. The ONLY saving grace was they were very kind and apologized for the wait. However, will never go back. read more

I've always known that the Gridley Burger King is the slowest fast food restaurant that I've ever been to until today. I didn't realize that they are also full of employees that have no idea how do use their app or anything about their services and or no help at all. I am completely disappointed with all staff, including managers, and will never be returning to this Burger King again. read more

Worst Burger King of all time. Mid freaking order all the sudden their milkshake machine is down! Lying mofos. Turning them into corporate tomorrow morning first thing. Lazy as hell! read more

I was just in there and only one young man was working the whole place on 6:30 pm 8-26-23. I just wanted to give him a good review. It's really hard to be a one-man show and keep a smile on your face. Don't know his name but he had curly dark hair sent from the Skyway location. Cheers Buddy, Burger King is lucky to have you! read more

How is this Burger King even open! Never have fries, onion rings and little patties! This Burger King needs to be closed and report it to corporate! Also low on staff and takes them over 20 minutes to pack and waiting for items that are missing. Worst Burger King read more

I would give them 0 star. Always something wrong with the stuff we order. Sometime they just put previously made food that someone didn't get. I would not go back to this place again. Food is never same it depends who make it. Very poorly run. read more

I love me some whoppers. I decided on a chicken sandwich this time, the lettuce was yuck and customer service was awful. I went through the drive-thru and the young girl took my money didn't say a word to me I asked for a receipt still didn't say a word when she handed it to me, as I waited she turned her back and talked to her co-workers. I asked for ketchup, she tossed some in the bag, I said thank you and she just closed the window. So Awkward, I was so put off, I won't be going there for a while. read more

After waiting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes, I decided to go inside the restaurant because the line hadn't moved an inch went inside placed my order and I waited 15 minutes. I stood there and saw the food sitting there and by the time I got it it was cold and the order wasn't right, now I understand why they barely have one star. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody poor service, poor quality food. It's just a dive. I had to bring my food home and warm my patties back up. The buns were stale. I had to remove onions that weren't ordered. just a total disappointment. read more

This is the VERY WORST Burger King in the USA. I have lived all across the Country . I was driving from Sacramento to Chico and thought I would stop here for a bite. I had seen the new menu items on TV and thought I would try them. Well folks...I have decent news and bad news. The Cheese Sticks were fresh and pretty decent. The marinara was good as well. The stick was crispy and the cheese pretty melty. Now. I tried a Taco. It was obviously hours old. No lettuce cheese or sauce. I even asked the window attendant of I need sauce. She said no. This thing was vile and I almost threw up. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken Jr. It also was hours old. So SOGGY AND DRY. I almost vomited again which is unusual cause I can tolerate a lot. I could not finish any of the items.... I will not go to Burger King EVER AGAIN based on this atrocious experience. I didn't even get a receipt to complain. Close this place down. The BK Team has given up in Gridley California.... read more

This place is just nasty all around food , prices n service is not good at all . I just like there building

It's wee bit undercooked. They completely messed up a "can I get a number 2". This was wrapped in an impossible whopper wrapper and same thing on the receipt. I did not order nor did I get an impossible burger but was charged for it. read more

I ate here on monday July 27th around 430 PM. I love BK my bf does not. He got McDonalds. Which I wish I would have gotten. We got back home around 5pm. Watched some tv while we ate. Then around 640 I noticed I started sweating, getting the chills and feeling cold all of a sudden. And i think oh great I'm getting my yearly summer flu. Then I start feeling fatigued and over all just not feeling great. So my boyfriend gives me some cold/flu medicine to take. And then around 9pm the FOOD POISONING symptoms come. Every two hours coming out of both ends until 4am...TODAY!My stomach is still cramping worse than when I'm on my period. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE I KNOW. Also reported it to the butte county health department. read more

ordered a large iced coffee and some taters. Got my coffee and it was completely unsweetened. I asked the employee if she could please add a little sweetener.. took her like 30 seconds to even understand what I was asking her, she kept stumbling her words like she was half asleep.. eventually I give her my coffee, she takes a minute inside to fix it, she then gives it back, and so I thank her and drive off. Before pulling out onto the main street from the parking lot I take a sip of my coffee and it tastes EXACTLY the same, no sweetener at all. How hard is it to sweeten coffee?? read more

Definitely the worst,do not go. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through then finally got what I thought was my full order until I got home to start digging in just to find out that they expect my wife son and I were to split one hamburger and a 10 peice nugget the things they missed was a burger and two large fries never again will I go to the worst Burger King around and yes this was not the first time. read more

One of our worst experiences at a Burger King yet. Went through the drive thru and ordered a large sprite, they said they were out of medium and large cups. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and they said they were out too. Finally, ordered two whoppers with cheese. Surprise, no cheese. Had to turn around once we drove off as we realize the whoppers were missing cheese. Went inside, gave back the burgers, and requested a refund. Cashier said, "it's no big deal, we can just add cheese on them." Also, noticed the large and medium cups sitting behind the counter. First off, if you know anything about food safety, you'd know NEVER to take back guest food and ADD something to it. Secondly, why would you avoid selling drinks if you have all cup sizes in stock? This place is a joke, but surely as a result of poor management. read more

Oh, where do I begin. Gridley, the center of heaven. I love loving here. As the day grew growling, my hungry began growl. "Oh where do I eat?" I began to question myself. As I was driving down 99 on this wondering evening of a bliss. I passed by the little restaurant known as Burger King. I pulled up. And as I was about to order this wonderful manager, handsome, young named Jose greeted me. Through the intercom. I wasn't even here for more than 39 seconds and I was already pondering, "is this real life? Or is this a fantasy?" As I was pondering what to order, Jose held my hand to while not what order to chose but order chose me. As I finally decided what I felt best helped my hunger. Jose and I figured the 4 pc chicken nuggets which is only $1.29 would best help me. As I pulled up to the window. I didn't know how else this man could make my day even better. Oh boy I was wrong. He talked to me. He saw through all my sins. He let me know there's something to live for. As he handed me my food. He said the most important blessedly thing anyone has ever told me. "Have a good day." I drove away in tears of joy. Knowing that I would never forget this. All in all the food was ight. But as a wise man named Aristotal Bedurkadurk said ,"whether the food comes with a taste of joy or not, it is the experience that a man will never forget." As I finish This review with a tear shed rolling down my red cherry cheeks as though it was a sun setting along the earth curvature. Jose if you're reading thank you for changing my life. read more

Went their today, kind of a long wait for only 2 cars. The gal at the window has no face expression kind of like she doesn't want to be their but the final straw for me was she gave me my food (took longer than normal) then I asked for ketchup so she took the bag back and put some in their BUT then her co-worker started showing her some thing on a cell phone mean while still holding my food in the other hand so she starts to txt or scroll on the phone.... I said you can give me my food anytime.....I'm not sure she heard me, I think she was focused on what she was reading on the cell phone ..that's when I had enough so I leaned out of my window and snatched the bag out of her hand. I couldn't really tell if she was upset/startle due to NO facial expression but it don't matter to me because I've learned my lesson, I've given them a second chance and they still seem to screw it up. Not going back...................... read more

Terrible Burger King. Nearly every time I go through they are out of something such as beef patties or cups or something like the broiler or fryer is broken. I wish that I could give negative stars. After being told they were out of fries and only had sprite and diet for drinks we waited in an extremely slow moving drive thru line. It happens sometimes you run out of things. Slow times I know they are trying. Then I finally get my turn at the drive thru window I pay for our meals. The drive thru cashier tells us sorry they no longer have sprite is diet ok. We declined and just asked to be refunded for our drinks. He was very rude and said ok but I have to void the entire order and ring it up again. I said thank you sorry for being difficult. He voided the order handed me back my money and said if you want your food you have to go back and order again and wait in the line. Before I could say anything he shut the window. So rude and uncalled for. I didn't wait in the line again I had a cranky teething baby we went somewhere our business was appreciated. Try to support local but rude customer service there is no excuse. read more

There should be a less then one star review. I pulled up to the drive thru at 6:25 pm today, with my coupon and asked for the "Family Bundle" (for $12.99). The person at the speaker informed me that they were out of burgers. She said all they had was chicken. You would think with the McDonalds across the street being remodeled and not in business the management of Burger King would let the people who do the ordering know that business will increase and they need to adjust what is being sent. BAD BUSINESS!!! You lost this customer. read more
