OSHA needs to do a stop here! Someone needs to report the owner/manager. They don't put on their AC for their employees or customers. It's absolutely boiling hot in there. We are out working, stopped into get grab a quick snack. The employees are nice. Super friendly and I feel so bad for them. Nobody needs to work in those temperatures. After waiting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes, I decided to go inside the restaurant because the line hadn't moved an inch went inside placed my order and I waited 15 minutes. I stood there and saw the food sitting there and by the time I got it it was cold and the order wasn't right, now I understand why they barely have one star. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody poor service, poor quality food. It's just a dive. I had to bring my food home and warm my patties back up. The buns were stale. This is the VERY WORST Burger King in the USA. I have lived all across the Country . I was driving from Sacramento to Chico and thought I would stop here for a bite. I had seen the new menu items on TV and thought I would try them. Well folks...I have decent news and bad news. The Cheese Sticks were fresh and pretty decent. The marinara was good as well. The stick was crispy and the cheese pretty melty. Now. I tried a Taco. It was obviously hours old. No lettuce cheese or sauce. I even asked the window attendant of I need sauce. She said no. This thing was vile and I almost threw up. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken Jr. It also was hours old. So SOGGY AND DRY. I almost vomited again which is unusual cause I can tolerate a lot. I ate here on monday July 27th around 430 PM. I love BK my bf does not. He got McDonalds. Which I wish I would have gotten. We got back home around 5pm. Watched some tv while we ate. Then around 640 I noticed I started sweating, getting the chills and feeling cold all of a sudden. And i think oh great I'm getting my yearly summer flu. Then I start feeling fatigued and over all just not feeling great. So my boyfriend gives me some cold/flu medicine to take. And then around 9pm the FOOD POISONING symptoms come. Every two hours coming out of both ends until 4am...TODAY!My stomach is still cramping worse than when I'm on my period. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE I KNOW. ordered a large iced coffee and some taters. Got my coffee and it was completely unsweetened. I asked the employee if she could please add a little sweetener.. took her like 30 seconds to even understand what I was asking her, she kept stumbling her words like she was half asleep.. eventually I give her my coffee, she takes a minute inside to fix it, she then gives it back, and so I thank her and drive off. One of our worst experiences at a Burger King yet. Went through the drive thru and ordered a large sprite, they said they were out of medium and large cups. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and they said they were out too. Finally, ordered two whoppers with cheese. Surprise, no cheese. Had to turn around once we drove off as we realize the whoppers were missing cheese. Went inside, gave back the burgers, and requested a refund. Cashier said, "it's no big deal, we can just add cheese on them." Also, noticed the large and medium cups sitting behind the counter. First off, if you know anything about food safety, you'd know NEVER to take back guest food and ADD something to it. Secondly, why would you avoid selling drinks if you have all cup sizes in stock? And as I was about to order this wonderful manager, handsome, young named Jose greeted me. Through the intercom. I wasn't even here for more than 39 seconds and I was already pondering, "is this real life? Or is this a fantasy?" As I was pondering what to order, Jose held my hand to while not what order to chose but order chose me. As I finally decided what I felt best helped my hunger. Jose and I figured the 4 pc chicken nuggets which is only $1.29 would best help me. As I pulled up to the window. I didn't know how else this man could make my day even better. Oh boy I was wrong. He talked to me. He saw through all my sins. He let me know there's something to live for. As he handed me my food. He said the most important blessedly thing anyone has ever told me. I wish that I could give negative stars. After being told they were out of fries and only had sprite and diet for drinks we waited in an extremely slow moving drive thru line. It happens sometimes you run out of things. Slow times I know they are trying. Then I finally get my turn at the drive thru window I pay for our meals. The drive thru cashier tells us sorry they no longer have sprite is diet ok. We declined and just asked to be refunded for our drinks. He was very rude and said ok but I have to void the entire order and ring it up again. I said thank you sorry for being difficult. He voided the order handed me back my money and said if you want your food you have to go back and order again and wait in the line. Before I could say anything he shut the window.
