the free water was so refreshing and a nice place to stay when raining. Also a great place to do homework and other various school assignments. The customer service is amazing and whenever i go in here they always ask about my day. Overall and amazing place to relax and eat some delicious sandwiches. read more

Group order sent in over a hour and a half before time food was needed, all ordered separately and multiple drinks and deserts were missing. I personally was missing my sprite and cannot get ahold of the location to get a refund. I don't care if it is a 3 dollar sprite they have poor management and horrible service if you can't remember a drink that's WRITTEN DOWN. read more

H orrible customer service, and management. Refuse to make my sub the way I wanted it made. Would not allow me to add additional toppings. Boy with the blue and orange Detroit hat on became so frustrated he could barely speak and eventually started using vulgar language and became verbally abusive. Manager with blonde hair (in street clothes and hair was a complete mess) was no different. Refused to pay and be treated that way and left. Of course I was followed out the door by the employees, being called "Poor and broke". Subway should be embarrassed. read more

I'm not sure what's changed with this locations management but it's awful. I've been going her for close to a decade and have never seen their customer service this poor. Their registers were glitched and couldn't take debit or credit card, ok no big deal things happen. I ask if they can break $100 and I'm told yes, I spend the next 10-15 minutes getting my order only to be told they can't break $100 now? So I walk away from 3 full sub meals for what? Bad communication and I only work here responses. My advice, finding good help is tough. Maybe hit a job fair to find people who act like they at least moderately want to be there. How you handle a customer issue is more important then the actual problem, good luck but my family is out until I see some work force up keep. read more

Yeah so they made my husbands and my mobile order completely wrong, added ingredients they were not supposed to (what if someone has an allergy??), did not toast it when we requested it to be, and then also refused to give us our refund??? We drive all the way back after getting home from picking up our mobile order and unwrap our sandwiches to eat dinner after I work 13hrs and the sandwiches are so wrong. I took a bite anyways and it was terrible. The bread was so soggy and cold and it was supposed to be toasted?? There was a girl working and it was just her there and she repeated back to me the CORRECT order I submitted and still didn't seem to understand when I told her that the sandwiches were wrong. Absolutely horrific experience. Ordered a sandwich, but worker was in horrible mood. "What kind of cheese?" she asked. "American I guess," I told her. Then she passed the sandwich down the line to the next worker who noticed there was no cheese. The two women went into a deprecating dialogue about customers not speaking up. " If I can't hear them, I don't include it," one of them said. Just horrible. They were actually complaining about me while they were making my sandwich! This store is always clean and the staff very friendly. Today, my uncle had only hours to live and my whole family wanted subway. I stopped in without calling in advance and ordered ten footlongs. The staff had smiles on their faces and made everything into deli platters even though they were busy. I often order catering for my business through this specific store and it is always top notch. read more

I am always promptly served here and served with a smile. They make me feel like my business is appreciated! No - I have never measured my sub to make sure it is exactly 12" long. I'm sure the staff does their best to be consistant and would never intentionally short change their Customers. Seriously - its a good place to do business. read more

I went into the store when it was slow, there was myself and another woman in the store ordering. They started the other lady's order first and then mine. At that point there was two other employees working on a calculator and doing stuff by the computer, which would be fine had it not been for how slow it was getting our sandwiches made. They completed making our sandwiches and both of us just stood there with our card in hand waiting to pay for our orders. It was then the staff got another employee to come up to the front to help with what they were doing. After several minutes I finally asked if they were almost done as I had somewhere to be and all I got was dirty looks from the staff. It wasn't till I was walking out that one of them spoke up. But at this point I was annoyed with the rude demeanor and dirty looks. A simple smile or a apology would have made the difference. I just moved to this area and manage a local buisness and I will say I don't plan to go back. I was 100% disappointed with the customer service. read more
