Im picking up a door dash. i pulled up around the LONG line to the second window, because thats where most restaurants tell me to pull up to. When i pulled up there the employees were just standing around doing nothing. They told us we have to say it on the speaker, which i get bit IVE NEVER HAD TO DO THAT BEFORE. The employees were extremely rude to us. There was 4 people in front of us, its taken us 30 minutes to even get up to the speaker. The employee at the first window said "hold on just a minute i have to ring the customer in front of you up first." the customer in front of us was at the second window and was leaving. On top of all that when we got to the second window they didnt even have the order ready for us. This is the worst taco bell ive ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE. Also, by the time we left there was about 6-7 cars in the drive through waiting to get their food. read more

Listen. I am screaming internally. I'm giving you two stars (instead of one) BECAUSE you're a Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell, but this one NEVER gets it right. I go here all the time but they put NOTHING in the food, like everything is typically half as full as it's supposed to be. On top of that, the food is never correct ever, something is always wrong with it, even if it's minor. I don't get it. Everything on the screen is right and I never get the food the way I ordered. Like I work in fast food I am astounded how you guys get things wrong all the time, are slow as hell, and are rude at the window half the time as well. There has been SEVERAL occasions where we've had to go back in THREE TIMES to our food the way we ordered. And a couple of those times we ordered TWO THINGS! THATS IT! She has been waiting in the line for 50 minutes and we got a confirmation that it was ready 6 minutes after she got there end she finally gets to the front of the line after 50 MINUTES! The Manager at this location is AMAZING. We have frequented this location over the last 4 years and every time we visit, our food is made as ordered and when mistakes DO happen, all employees as well as this particular Manager (young woman with glasses) go above and beyond to correct the order. The restaurant is clean and each time I've personally used the restrooms, I haven't encountered a problem. The drive-thru for this location is exceptionally busy on any given night after 5pm. They offer Self-Ordering stations with touch screens, Mobile Pick-Up and delivery through third party companies. read more

This place sucks!!!! If I could give -10 stars it would the truth. I'm a local they forget your sauces, some of your order, and the people who work here are the biggest liars! They never pick up their phone, they never wash their hands, they had a lady with fake long nails without gloves re make my burrito , they never wear any type of hairnet, they have cooks pouring the drinks in drive thru at night when it's busy. Ordered 2 Crunchwrap Combos to be made vegetarian (substitute beans for beef). The order was to-go as we were heading to the State park for a picnic. When we opened up the order at the park the Crunchwraps and tacos contained beef! I called to ask for a refund and was told that was not possible. I was told I could return to the store for a refund, I explained I am not from the area and will not be anywhere near the store again. WORST experience ever! Came in, ordered my meal, sat in dining room to eat. Noticed a poster that advertised my meal as a $5 box. Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. There is always a long line and 80% of the time something from my order is missing or cold. This last visit was the final straw, when we asked about the additional charge for a sauce they said it was no longer included, so we asked for the two items we thought came with the sauce to be removed from our order. We got the bag without the food, but still were charged for it. When we brought it to their attention we were refunded in cash (order was paid in credit) for ONE of the items. I'm torn on how to rate my visit. While I didn't see ALL of what the others were complaining about in here, I did see how it happens. To start, the guy at the counter greeted me well, accurate order too. The food did take a long time to come while I was the only customer here at the time. The floor was clean, tables and counters too, but I did overhear the manager say it was a slow day. As to how the issues the others complained about.... it's a management issue. She was running interviews while I was there, being quite rude to the interviewees as her focus was not on them. She was too busy complaining to her potential new hires about how everyone was standing around... WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME! These were the most unprofessional interviews I've ever seen. Probably an issue with how she was trained. As she stopped each interview to yell at her employees or just bit ch about them, she made me uncomfortable to even eat there. Glad I wasn't applying here. Towards the young black male she interviewed for 5 minutes, obviously dismissing him. The white guy afterwards got at least 15 minutes with her. The atmosphere is tense and not a fun place. My experience was GREAT. I loved that my server asked me how I was doing and he said "How is you day going today" and he was very enthusiastic. My order was not messed up at all and last time we came here they messed up our order but that is in the past. I loved my experience!! My Oder came out really fast! And thank god for those cooks for was starving before I got Taco Bell! Every time I go to Taco Bell I get a cheesy rollup and I love it because it always has a little bit of spice to it and I love that. I am kind of sad that they got rid of the watermelon freeze and I hope that eventually they will bring back the freeze for a longer time my overall experience was GREAT!!!!!!!!!
