Food good, atmosphere okay for a wendy's. Servers are odd, have a hard time hearing them through the drive-thru. 3 stars.

Lady who takes the drive thru orders is extremely rude. She also makes you wait at the ordering screen until the person infront of you is completely done and out of the parking lot. Holds up the line and doesn't give the workers enough time to make the orders. Forgot to ask for mayo packets at the order screen and she yelled at me for asking for some at the window when paying for my food. Last time I asked for packets of mayo at the order screen I never received them so I also wanted to make sure I got them this time. read more

Me and my bf come here often and tonight we came and got a parmesan Caesar salad and it had hair in it!!!!! Ik crazy I ate most of it until I saw a hair then another and it wasn't just hair it was like an eyelash I'm shocked just makes me think what else I've been eating and not knowing about. Went there and got a Dave's double. It was so dry it was horrible couldn't eat at all. I'll never eat there again. I give it a 0 star.

I live down the street from this loacation. So with that being said we go here A LOT!!... but today I have been super disappointed. I ordered the new s'aweaome burger because it looked delicious. But the hamburger it self looked like shit. Very disappointed especially since I paid a little over 10 bucks for just that one meal. The burger looked nothing like the s'aweaome hamburger. A classic burger done wrong. soggy bun and a RAW burger. We went through the drive through at like 11:45, 15 minutes to close so i understand y'all were trying to rush but are you fucking kidding me. A RAW HAMBURGER?! That's not even the beginning. We were handed a water frosty. like it was the consistency of water. you don't hand customers that. you apologize for the machine being down and offer them something else. This is truly the worst place I have ever been to. we got to the speaker and waited around 3-4 minutes, when our order was finally taken, she kept commenting on how much food we were getting ( ordering for 4 people, an average family size i feel ) to start, last time we were here we were waiting at the speaker until they took the order laughing and talking because she wasn't ready to take the order yet, and then cut us off saying " once y'all are done fucking laughing ill get your order " i know it was the same person because they have a high pitch stringy loud annoying voice and they're always there, female, Hispanic, probably mid 40's. we got up to the window and she took payment, and an employee from the back yelled and asked what was taking so long, to which she replied, right infront of us " this lady and her 30$ nugget order, i wanna leave this f*cking job every day, not because of y'all, because of these damn customers " she then gave us our food, and we asked her name. A typical Wendy's with typical Wendy's offerings. Service is very prompt and polite, the food well-prepared, and the restaurant clean and well-maintained. I go there frequently and have never had any sort of problem. My only negative comment is they play a local radio station fairly loudly. The music inoffensive enough but the commercials and dj blather are a bit annoying. If you're looking for Wendy's fare and are in Grand Blanc, definitely recommended. read more

I understand a lot of places are short staffed right now, but this Wendy's location should have their stuff together by now. The lady who has been working at the drive thru for months now, clearly does not how to do her job. We try to order, and she just goes silent and doesn't take your order. And you say hello and she doesn't answer back. Once you yell several times she goes "Im waiting for you to continue your order" then we finish the order, and she goes silent again. Doesn't read our order back so we know she rung it up right and she doesn't give us or total. When you yell again she goes "im waiting for you to continue your order". We already told her it was done. And she wouldn't give us a total, so we just left because we knew she probably messed up our order and the drive thru was full behind us. She does not know how to do her job at all. The drive thru is supposed to be quicker but its not AT ALL. also her voice is so annoying. They really need a new worker or to train this woman. A typical Wendy's with typical Wendy's offerings. Service at the window was difficult to navigate because the woman taking the order talked like a child and could not be understood through the speakers... I was annoyed by that voice and considered driving away, but had to finish due to passengers in my car. Once the order was placed, we moved forward to receive our food.. We were given a 4 piece nugget when a 10 piece was ordered and the woman argued with us about what we ordered instead of simply correcting her mistake without any lip.... and that voice!...it magically came down at least 2 octaves while she argued with me. The order did not include the sweet and sour sauce we asked for and she argued again stating that we got one already with the 4 piece, I had to ask again for a complete 10piece chicken nugget and the additional sauce that would be needed. Perhaps the company would do better by sending her to some assertive training to help her stop talking like a helpless child. The entire Wendy's experience could be WAY BETTER without that voice at the window...I am new to Grand Blanc and learned quickly to avoid your drive through window simply because of THAT VOICE. My neighbor needed a ride to an appointment and requested we drive thru for dinner, my mistake for not telling her to skip it. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came through a couple days ago and ordered two meals and a 10 piece nugget. They forgot our 10 piece and we realized it when we got home. We called up there and they said they would write our name down in the book so next time we came up we could get a free one. Yeah...we went up there tonight at 5:30 and they had us pull forward, said our name wasn't in the book and I asked if there was anything we could do and the girl went back inside and never came back out. Absolutely the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I go to Wendy's just to get their nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. I waited in the drive thru for my order for at least 20 minutes... 3 cars drove past me indicating that they were given their meals before me. But I get it sometimes it takes longer for some orders depending on what they got. I only ordered two items off the menu and it took them almost 20 minutes to get me my food and I drove all the way home just for my sweet and sour sauce to not be in the damn bag. I called back up there and the employee was very rude to me when I said that they need to work on their accuracy with orders... especially ones that take them 20 minutes to get the food into the customers hand. I will never give this Wendy's any type of business again. I should've been offered something free for the waste of time and gas money it cost for me to go back up there and get some sauce. I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in this Wendy's. The customer service was terrible and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The employees were rude to my family and I and when I asked for the manager, they were awful to me. I had to walk out.
