Amazing, clean place. We went through the drive-thru and 10:55 (they close at 11:00) they were very kind and served us quickly. The food was fresh, the fries were AMAZING but its also mcdonalds, soo. Bought food and wanted to get some work done. I'm an IoT engineer so in working with servers and remote field devices. Asked an employee what the SSID of the WiFi was and how to access it. He went an asked the manager(a heavyset blonde lady in a back office) what the SSID was. She told him "Yeah, just click guest and it should just work." There was no WiFi network named guest and there was no open functioning WiFi available. She told him some nonsense to get the customer to go away. Bought food to patron an establishment I was expecting to allow me to work. I had to leave and find someplace else to work. The employees were all VERY nice and helpful. To start the one fries I did get were cold. On top of that, I ordered two large meals, got my food, checked and saw there was only one fry. So went back around, let them know pulled around to the second window, they claimed they checked and said two fries weren't ordered... and wouldn't give me my second fry without out going back around and paying for another one. If I could give this store less of a star I would. I've gone here repeatedly and so this isn't the first time they have messed up an order. So normally I wouldn't write a review for one item messed up but this time they screwed up the whole order. The only thing I got that was right in my order was the coffee. I love to use the mobile app and use it all the time if im gonna order. Everything on the receipt was correct there was even a sticker on one of the items describing what it was and it was still wrong. I am not happy, my 2 kids one of which is autistic are not happy. Stopped in after getting gas outside and the service was terrible. No one was available to take my order so I used one of the kiosks. It wasn't working properly so I went to the counter to ask for help. Saw at least 6 employees who refused to make eye contact with me. I eventually gave up and tried a different kiosk. I watched three more customers try to get assistance and they were completely ignored just like I was. Unless you use the drive through stay away. read more

This place grossed me out. First, The McDonald's messed up multiple things on our order, the iced coffee tasted old and had grounds in it. Then I went inside to take my daughter to the bathroom. Of the two stalls, one was being occupied for an extended amount of time. The other toilet had period blood on the seat. I informed the lady at the register, who told me it's McDonald's job to clean the bathroom, and then did nothing to correct the situation while we stood there waiting for 5-10 minutes for the other stall to open up (which never happened). Even though she had zero customers when I told her. we had to leave and go to a different gas station to use the bathroom. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this location but it was by far the most appalling. Rotten Ronnie's is just plain disgusting, I could go on for hours about the nastiest meat on the planet and additives and cheap oil and modified vegetables, I could go on and on. Don't eat here people, it's the worst thing you could do for yourself. BUT they do have amazing cookies! 2 for $1 and they're soft and chewy and warm and delicious - hence the extra star. read more

Don't bother trying to get a Carmel Macchiato or anything made with the same machine. The store hours says they close at 8pm but every time I go before work the machine is always down . I usually go around 6:15-6:30 , it's really frustrating I see cleaning the machine 15mins before closing. read more

Absolutely trash. Got a 10 piece nugget, I get home to eat and when I open it it's 3 Fish Filet patties!! Like wtf!!?

This place is supposedly open 24 hours but someone needs to tell the employees that. Twice I stopped there at 1am for a beverage and no one was there. Today was even better. Stopped and sat at the order board for 5 minutes, nothing.... Pulled up to the window, 5 minutes. Nothing. I had my window down and smelled the sticky icky. As I pulled forward the two employees were sitting on the curb toking the hippie lettuce. Jay and Silent Bob looked at me and one said "Thanks, have a good night" The skinnier one cackled like he was live at Sunset Strip with Richard Pryor. Since it was obvious these two had less brain cells than a learning disabled chimp, I decided that even if they were on the clock, I wouldn't trust them to put ice in a glass. Not a big review writer but I just want to say the people at this location (or at least the one who helped me) were great. It was my first time using the McDonalds app and had messed up my order. Terrible service. I've been here multiple times and i don't know why i keep going back. The employee's always have a nasty look on their face and they are SLOW. I waited a good 10 minutes for a mcdouble and a chocolate shake. Two very simple things to make and i was first in line. Give your business to Arby's across the street or Culvers or Taco Bell down the road, they deserve it more than this place. Don't even get me started on the gas station and the people that work there. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE. read more
