I'm updating my previous review because one of the owners, Christina, personally reached out to me after my initial experience. She invited me back to try a pickup order, and I am so impressed by a business owner who truly stands behind her product. The Vibe & Service - the shop has a great "street" decor vibe with a heartwarming touch, lots of family photos on the wall. Huge shoutout to Brianna, who handled my follow-up visit with excellent customer service; she was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond! The Food & Value - everything was fast, fresh, and high-quality. I highly recommend the Tuesday Specials: 5 ground beef tacos for $10 or 3 barbacoa for $10. Tacos: Fried "Flint-style" with a perfect meat-to-shell ratio. The meat is NOT greasy (no dripping down your arm!), which is a huge plus. We season very aggressively at home, so for my personal taste, I think the meat could have used just a bit more seasoning, but I think they are likely playing it safe to satisfy the masses and rightfully so.
