All the ingredients work so well together, and the fresh bread is the perfect vehicle. The copious, delicious butter is the icing on the cake, basically. The #11 ("Roast beef, herbs Havarti, lettuce") is good too, no doubt about it. The roast beef is really flavorful and the other components are a perfect accompaniment.
