I never had to spend so much time to rectify order issues at any other McDonalds in my life except his. After finally meeting with him at his main location on Greber to discuss my bad experiences at his stores ( Constructive Criticism ) and to explain why I made complaints to head office ( which should also help him better his customer service ), he mostly disagreed with me and suggested me not to go back to his restaurants! Ouch. I even proved to him by calling with my cell that the phone number at his Alonzo Wright bridge location did not work.( Wonder Why? Can you guess ) They have a very bad average of getting orders right if you read all their complaints on many sights. He won't do anything except if you deal with an order issue right away. Good luck reaching them if you find out your order is wrong once you get home. And make sure they always give you the receipt, by law, in case you have to take it up with the head office. This franchisee's restaurant has very bad ratings not only on Google but also on Trip Advisor and many other sights. Hopefully, he takes the time to read these posts to understand our frustrations and especially to better his customer service issues. There wasn't too much meat in the sandwich, and it tasted alright, but nothing special in my opinion. My husband got the #16 ($6.95), which has Calabrese Soppressata, Spicy Capicola, Prosciutto, Provolone cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Service was friendly and efficient. We went during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The lady there was wearing a mask (so were we). We were the only customers there, which was a good thing because the place is small and narrow and physical distancing would be difficult. There are tables at the front and side of the convenience store for you to sit and eat. I liked that some tables had umbrellas so you can be in the shade. Street parking only (paid parking, it was $1 for 20 minutes).
